I stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes. Watched staff go between prep area to walk in multiple times. One looked at me each time he walked by. 2. After that, he just kept doing his thing ignoring the fact that I was standing there.
Several people in line also observing. When someone finally came to the counter, I asked if was customary to ignore the front counter? I got no reply. I ordered cheese bread and had to then wait another 15 for them to cook. There was only 2 boxes of cheese pizza and a few other items but, to be ignored and disregarded then to pay for said food and hope they didn’t spit in it! And I stop here everytime I go through this area. Very disappointed!

These reviews had me scared to even go inside and attempt to order food. But to my surprise they had cheese and pepperoni deep dish pizzas available without having to place an order, and for only $6 it was really good! There were 3 other families there at the tables eating alongside me with multiple pizzas each, and I saw a few other customers ordering or picking up food. I didnt see anyone complaining, I only saw happy customers eating pizza or taking their pizza to go. Maybe I got lucky? But the 3 employees I watched at the counter and that talked to me were all friendly. Would recommend!!

Let me get to the nuts and bolts herd! I am 100% disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I ordered the vegetable pizza, add sausage extra sauce and extra cheese. Look at the photo and that’s what I got. No mushrooms, and a dry pizza. I even went over the order twice with the guy. He told me the price, I give him a 50$ and he proceeds to tell me they don’t take 50’s. Now the only sign they had was they didn’t except pilot rewards and some other kind of rewards. BUT nothing about 50 dollar bills. The guy that waited on me then went back and made the pizza was the tall skinny kid from Africa or Nigeria. He has his country pendant on his necklace. I am upset with myself that I trusted the person who took my order then made it did not make It correctly even though we reviewed the order twice. I am now back in Chicago…what am I going to do but eat something that’s not to my liking and not waste money.

For what it is, no complaints. If you want a full size pizza or crazy bread, they make them fresh. I waited 15 minutes and my order was ready as promised.

Waited for 40 minutes to get my regular pepperoni pizza. All the while the employees were in the back screwing around. 3 different orders took just as long if not longer. This place needs to terminate or retrain their employees. Or have a manager that isn’t going to be best buds with the rest of the crew. 01/19/25.

Why do places continue to serve our truck drivers below par food?? I’m riding around with my son on his truck for awhile and we decided to stop here and grab a quick pizza… It was awful!! Tasted like it was made yesterday… Dry…. Over cooked…. Just disgusting!

When the sign says you open at 9 am and a customer comes up, and a worker comes up and says it’s gonna be a while we dont have anyone to run the register in a very rude tone and just walks away from customer instead of being nice about it, that tells me 1. worker doesn’t want to work and 2. manager needs to be replaced. After over 50 mins after opening time, was there finally someone that was nice and taking orders. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I stopped at the Little Caesars inside the Baselman’s Pilot truck stop, planning to order a custom vegetarian personal pan pizza. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes before anyone came up. When the employee finally did, he had a very stoic, unfriendly look on his face. Without a greeting, he tossed his gloves in the trash, stared at me, and then finally said, “So, what’s up?”

That’s not how you greet a customer. I was taken aback, but I still began to place my order. His response—“What do you want on it?”—came across as rude and uninterested. At that point, I decided not to order and walked away.

This experience was enough to change my plans. I’m here for a 34-hour reset and had intended to eat there more than once, but now I won’t be back. My company hauls loads out of JBS in Grand Island, and I’ll be letting other drivers know not to waste their money here. Customer service matters, and this location failed completely.

It’s crazy to not have anything ready to go. I waited 15 minutes for my online order because I was already here but at least 5-6 people walked up and ask what was ready and then half of them left without purchasing anything because nothing was ready. I’m not saying you need dozens of pepperoni and cheese pizzas out that will go to waste but 2 or 3 of each at a minimum. I’ve skipped stopping here in the past too because pizza wasn’t ready and I didn’t have enough time to wait 15+ minutes to order and then get made. But when I order online it’s always ready in the estimated time shown online. Just hope in the future if I don’t have time to wait I can just stop and pick up a pepperoni pizza.
