The ice cream was good. The hamburger was not, it was soggy and doesn’t come with lettuce. The cheese curds were rubbery and they gave me the wrong drink. Also, they asked if I wanted fries, cheese curds or onion rings with no mention of an up charge to an already $10 burger. I won’t return for their burgers.

Very well like my very first visit to any of Freddy’s restaurants. I got the Freddy’s Original Double, Fries, and a Sweet Tea. The food was hot and fresh. I got both the Regular Fry Sauce and the Jalapeno Fry Sauce. Both were good. I also got a Hawaiian Delight Concrete with Vanilla Custard, pineapple, strawberry, coconut, macadamia nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. That was also very good. The service was very good and the facility was clean. They had a nice, special young man that took care of the tables and everything.

Im done with this place. Just continues to go down hill. Tonight my wife and I got food and ice cream. My hotdog was cold in the center, our ice cream was melted, and we paid $2.49 for a cup of warm water because they were out of ice. On top of that we sat in the drive thru for 20 min with only one car in front of us and not a single person inside the place. Beyond pathetic, they deserve whats coming they’re way.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for our Dirt n’ Worms sundae just for no one to come to the window to pay us out or even greet us. There wasn’t even anyone else in the drive thru and barely anyone inside the lobby. I saw at least 3 people make eye contact with us and not even check on us. The girl made the sundae and everything but just stood there or walked off and didn’t even open the window once so we left.
