This location is always understaffed. Not only do the customers suffer, but it is clear the people behind the counter are deeply stressed. This affects the service experience and quality of food.
Half of the food is consistently unavailable and we received a subpar batch of fried rice with burnt eggs. Management of this location needs to look at customer volume and stop being cheap about payroll.

If you like Panda Express then this location will not disappoint. The dining room was clean. The staff were nice. If you’ve never been to Panda Express before then expect American style Chinese food fast food.

I went didn’t have my right glasses on could barely see the menu hadn’t been to a Panda Express in probably a decade it was good I was surprised. I like fried rice and don’t get me wrong from a Chinese restaurant it’s great it’s just a little too greasy for me here I mean hey it’s the mild version I think hate spicy food everything I got with spicy and it still tasted great LOL very happy I tried different things and the staff was so nice to help me. Sign up for their app or whatever and you get 20% off your meal takes 2 seconds I’m not tech friendly and it still only took me 2 seconds which deserves a 100stars in my view

I made the mistake of sending my order to this location instead of a nearby location. I called the store and Karen was so helpful. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes until she was able to locate my order and resolve the issue. She was very friendly and professional.

Horrible service, no one asking to help you you out, they take more orders then they can deal with, upwards of 20 boxers of food behind the counter with 4 people working. It took me 20 minutes to get my food. 20!? At a Panda Express?? So much for fast food, when ther just wasting your time. Horrible time management and work ethic. Don’t give your service here. The place was very clean and the manager was very polite with both the staff as well as customers even though she was working hard cleaning. It was about to close and she made me a dish that was already sold out. Very kind all around, and the cook was super happy to follow her orders to cook even though they were about to close.

The few times I have been here I have not found any of the workers to be friendly. The fried rice is bland as can be, and the chow mein noodles are nothing to write home about it! Both are very bland The only thing I like getting is their Sweet fire chicken and they barely put any in my bowl. I had to ask her to put a little more in and she wanted to give me a hard time about it but eventually she asked another worker who also did not want to comply with my request, but eventually put two more little pieces of chicken in the bowl! For the amount of money paid for the bowl (I believe it was $8.50 or something like that) definitely not worth it. They need to improve on their rice and chow mein noodle dishes, and make them more flavorful. They taste like Styrofoam. Hire people who want to engage with the public and put a smile on their face.
