Great service. Our barista, Trey, was great – my friend came in for her birthday drink and while he wasn’t able to find it on her account, he remembered and addressed her by name and a happy birthday on the cup and it was such a nice touch. I’ve come here before rehearsals on occasion and have always had a good experience but wanted to call out the especially great one this time around!

This has have been by far the best experience I have had at Starbucks since I moved to GA in 2016. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and Kayla made the BEST drinks we have EVER had at any Starbucks! Her personality, spirit and energy is so fitting for her position but quite frankly I believe she should be a manager because her spirit of excellence shines through. My family and I had decided we would not be going to Starbucks anymore at the beginning of the month because of the experiences we were having at our local Starbucks in Suwanee on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The drinks are always bad in the mornings and the staff isn’t friendly. This group here at Medlock was a welcomed joy to experience and their synergy was awe inspiring. Nick was also very kind. When the employees looked at you they smiled and welcomed you in like they were happy to have us there, which was enough to brighten a day. We will definitely be coming back as long as Kayla is there making drinks and bringing joy with her bubbly spirit and smile!

Typically, I don’t rate chains, but I’ve been to an atypical amount of Starbucks for your average individual; I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this particular branch.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
This Starbucks is within a plaza. There’s a massive parking lot in front of and on the side of the building with plenty of free, available spaces. Stress free.
II. SERVICE
No, this branch does NOT have a drive through which is probably why the employees aren’t ran thin and are able to take their time getting your order correct. Customer drink turnover is also quick.
III. QUALITY
I’ve always been a fan of how acidic and rich Starbuck’s coffee is compared to other franchises that I won’t mention. It’s dense and not diluted here.
IV. CAPACITY
This location seems to always be poppin’ with people. It’s spacious and feels open. You’ll always be able to find an available chair.

I ordered coffee and ice lemon loaf, look at my lemon loaf why is the in the bag with no discard date on it. I never received loaf this way but now I have to think Starbucks giving out expire product???

I go to a Starbucks every morning. That is not a typo. I have visited this one for the past 6 years. I have been to at least two dozen different ones in the Atlanta area over the past few years, but this one is closest to our home, so I probably go here at least 3 times per week on average.
This store is very well run, in my opinion better than most. Yes, there were times during Covid when things got a bit weird, and yes, sometimes they have days where it takes a little longer than the estimated time for my order to be done. And yes once they wouldn’t let me order an apple turnover because they were saving them for the next day lol.
But those days are so few. Overwhelming more often I get my order within the apps slotted estimate.
And the crew here is awesome. Friendly and welcoming. In fact, I’ve had more issues with rude customers. Keep up the good work!
