Great service today from “Lala”. I asked for light ice but didn’t get light ice on my drinks. So I told her about it & she was very kind & profesional about it. She quickly fixed our drinks & gave us great customer services which is amazing because usually when this happens we get dirty looks from employees. But Lala was amazing! Employees should learn from her because this truly makes a big difference

A typical Starbucks, I just have to say that I do not drink coffee. I only went there was for meetings or when a co-worker wanted to go. This time I got a hot chocolate, I didn’t like it, but drank it because it was like $4.50 for a small. I’ll stick to making it from home. None of the people smile there, I guess they would if you tip them.

They have delicious food & drinks, friendly service, nice seating and background music, and nice plates and cups if you order inside and eat in. The only decide is it is expensive (as Starbucks always is, lol). If you use the app, you can get rewards points, which is nice.

Inside lines are fairly average, and not a huge wait. Drinks usually come out pretty quick unless you’re there during a rush. Batista’s are typically always friendly.
Drive through is usually always pretty full? Can take around 20 minutes sometimes.
The parking lot is atrocious, with very small spaces. But thats not their fault, so im not reducing a star.

Not the first time I’ve asked for no foam and gotten foam. Also I get charged for an extra shot and extra syrup and I don’t get it. Worse Starbucks. Literally went to another Starbucks across town ordered the same thing and it was perfect. Why this Starbucks can’t get an order right is beyond me

The barista, Julissa, was very rude and unwelcoming. When my drink was made wrong I had asked her to remake it and was only met with attitude. I eventually did get my drink remade by a different barista after she made me go back through the line and ignored me when I had asked her for help again.
