Absolute worst McDonald’s in the world! The person taking my money had snot dripping and was wiping it with the same bare hands that took my money, so I didn’t take my snot covered receipt. Then got my food from a very rude man that practically threw my order at means no thank you, just a snarl and slam the window shut, then when I get home I had no fork and knife for my biscuits and gravy and my hash browns were so dried out and burnt they actually shattered when I dropped them on my paper plate. So discusting! And paid $13.80 for my order and they were not busy at all it was 7:10 am only a few cars in line. This place needs a total flushing of help that has no customer service respect. They need to only serve food that they would serve to themselves or their loved ones, not serving crap their dog would walk away from.

UPDATE : not sure on the remodel or not. But. When you open the men’s bathroom door. You can see ALL the urinals from where , you sit down & eat. !!!! Dinner & show

So disappointed 2 different times visiting this location and they didn’t give me the sausage on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. 2 different visits 2 times they didn’t put it on the sandwiches, both times I visited was trough the drive thru so I’m guessing it’s on purpose to save money??? I always buy 2 extras to freeze and they aren’t giving the sausage. I definitely won’t waste my money coming back I’ll drive on in to Wilmington from now on.

My day has been brightened. I just witnessed an employee take time to help an elderly woman carry her food to the car on busy Sunday morning.

Ordered it cooked to order with no cheese and clearly has cheese on it. Everyone isn’t being Karen’s when they order their food certain ways. I can’t eat cheese because I’m deathly allergic to it so no I can’t just pull it off and still eat it. Do better

Very clean! While stopping for a break we were in the restaurant from ~7:30pm-8pm and there was one worker dedicated to cleaning. He was doing a great job, even cleaned the legs of the chairs and every surface I saw in the dining area!

Very slow. Sat forever at drive thru waiting to order but was fast at window handing me my items. It was ready when I got to window. The workers were friendly and my order was fresh. This location has outdoor seating and is in a convenient location located right off of US-68.
Even though the drive through was slow I would go back because is one of the better McDonalds that I have been to.
