Braum’s in Seminole is an absolute staple if you’re traveling through Oklahoma. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right on Wrangler Blvd with plenty of parking. The atmosphere inside is warm and family-friendly, and the facility is always kept spotless. Have been here many time the lines are usually long. After getting thru the line, the bacon cheese burger that was supposed to be meat, cheese, bacon, and lettuce. Instead, of making it like the ticket, it had EVERYTHING on it. The lady at the drive thru window had the personality of a Brick wall! When I said thank you she shut the window. Not to mention that she wouldn’t acknowledge

I had a banana shake, small, that was a mistake I should have gone for the large! I used to very banana snacks after my IC diagnosis and urging to figure out shag k could and couldn’t eat.
Needles to day I still love a banana shake and I’m thrilled to day they are just as good here at Braum’s. It is definitely on my “must try again” list.

They are always good even though I got the wrong stuff. They were packed, but they were trying
And I mainly stopped to get my dogs, their chicken strips, and that got what they wanted. I just didn’t get what I wanted because they gave me the wrong one. But the cashier was excellent, and I ordered a shake and she gave me her own recipe and I loved it. So yeah, I still get a rating of 5. Even with a mistake.

Maybe change the trash out of the trash can you hand people’s food over,when you ask them to pull up and wait on their order… Someone’s sonic cup of vomit ,smelling and seeing it..yummy very apetizing ,made me hungrier while waiting for my food… Actually it made me sick seeing that to where when I got my food. I didn’t even it… I love braums but come on….

Honestly hit and miss with the food both day and evenings. Just ordered at 1035am Sunday and my bun is burnt, patty looks like a junior and not even ketchup on it. Was only ketchup and cheese btw. Sometimes its great but the bad times are just as much now.

Food and service is fantastic! I don’t know if today was just a busy day but the dining room and ladies room are pretty dirty. No clean tables. Tables either have food or grease on them. All the trash cans are overflowing. It is 3pm on a Sunday with no line at the register and 8 seated parties in the dining room. I believe they can spare someone to tend to the lobby. And yes, I mentioned the issues to an employee. He said he will get someone right on it. We received and finished our meal with no employee coming to clean. Many employees have walked past the mess in the photos. One is even taking a break near the mess. smh.

Sandwich was made wrong, looks put together sloppy, asked for a small shake and was given a junior, asked for Braum’s sauce for a chicken combo and extra on the side and only got one. I used to work at Braum’s back in Newcastle, I get it can be difficult but that’s no excuse for low quality.
