“I generally love the fried rice here—it’s usually a five-star dish. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
I ordered Fried Rice with Shrimp and Chicken and a lemonade. The order arrived missing the chicken and the lemonade was unpleasantly sour.
The service response, however, was the most concerning part. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the person who answered immediately hung up after I asked for a manager. On my third call, I finally explained the missing chicken. I was then told, “You didn’t order chicken.” After slowly clarifying the error, the solution offered was only that they would “add it next time.”
While I’m a fan of the food itself, the lack of quality control on the order and the extremely unprofessional and dismissive customer service makes it difficult to recommend. I hope the management takes steps to correct this. (2/5 Stars)”
