Cookout is usually always good, but my husband and I could not even eat the food it was so disgusting. My chicken wrap was so dry and had no dressing on it. He ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and it looked and smelled gross he couldn’t eat it.

Alright so after a few occurrences I just had to write a review. 1st occurrence while in the drive thru? One of your employees (a Spanish boy) was super rude in the mic saying what do you want to drink? He repeated himself 3 times after we kept quite literally yelling it. I highly suggest you repair your speakers outside or maybe make hearing aids for your employees mandatory lol. 2nd occurrence the same employee messed up on our sauces twice in the same day which is super annoying and tells me that he’s not paying attention. I understand it’s sauce, but I want my moneys worth and I expect you to do your job. Plain and simple. 3rd a girl (black girl) answered the drive thru window with food stuffed in her face while she was talking. Wow how disgusting and unprofessional. Not a good look for Cook-Out, ESPECIALLY this location, but either way…that’s Richmond, VA for ya lol. Not much different than MD especially Frederick and Baltimore areas. I hope you all read this and consider making the necessary changes to staff or requiring extra trainings.

I had never been to a Cook Out before, but it was recommended to me, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the BLT tray with hush puppies and a red cherry shake, and everything was delicious! It’s not gourmet food, but for a fast-food restaurant, the quality was impressive. I’ll definitely consider going back. Great value for the price!

Two words: milk shake. A large selection of milk shake flavors! I had the peanut butter banana milk shake the first night, and the chocolate nut milk shake the second night. 10 out of 10 recommend both! My friend got the strawberry cheesecake milk shake which was pretty good but he thought my flavors were more impressive. Food was good and inexpensive. Make sure to stick to the left drive through lane. The right lane speaker is broken and makes terrible noise when they talk to you.

For the second time in two weeks and for a second Cook Out location, I am posting a review about their chicken quesadillas being undercooked. This is now a persistent problem for me as this is my favorite item on the menu and it’s simply unacceptable that this food would either be not hot, but also not what you expect from a quesadilla where the cheese is melted on the inside and the ingredients blend together. In my previous review cookout corporate offered me a phone number to call to resolve this situation. That’s nice, but the better thing to do would be to train your workers on how to cook this food.

I am not a fast food person but love cook out. They tray they offer have a great selection and reasonably price. For all the variety service is quick. Walking taco is flavorful and love the cheese bites.

First off the service at the drive thru was terrible I could barely understand what he was asking. Spent 30 dollars on three people and they completely forgot one of our orders. They also forgot a milkshake and that caused us 15 dollars wasted and almost half our food non existent. Never coming back here

Food was good, person taking the order was effective. But oyr order came out correct, but made the order process weird. We weren’t sure if she actually got the order right, lots of silence at the delivery order box, then she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, just gave us the total.

For the last 2 nights in a row we’ve had this young girl who is EXTREMELY rude and definitely should not be working at this store nonetheless any fast food place. She’s been screaming at us when we’re trying to order and cutting us off and just be extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t know who it is but I do know she’s a younger teen and definitely shouldn’t be working there….
