Their food is aggressively okay. I would’ve given it 2.5 stars if that was an option but the only options are 2 or 3 and it wouldn’t have been fair to give them 2 because it wasn’t bad. Their fried fish and spaghetti is okay. Their smash burger isn’t really a smash burger but 2 patties that reminds me of Rallys. If I could everything a 0 star I would horrible customer service me and my mom went to check it out for the first time a month ago and received terrible from that angry African American man at register act like he was mad because he had to work so we left but I decided to try to give them a chance again because of people’s TikTok reviews so I ordered on uber eats and they took 2 hours to make the meal they had to keep sending different drivers then when I get it which was only 5 mins from when my driver picked it up because I live down the street this food was cold you can look at the cheese and see it’s cold the chicken would have tasted a lot better if it wasn’t so cold the Philly was DISGUSTINGLY COLD AND UNDERWHELMING. It’s supposedly a steak Philly snack pack it’s clearly ground beef and not the good kind at that the bun was soaked with grease at bottom the meat had a weird taste just overall no never again it’s one thing to have bad customer service but to have bad service and even worse food is unacceptable yuckkkk then it was 25$ plus fees 33$ to have only eaten a few wings is crazy smh

I ordered 20 wings and fries with sauce on everything and it was really good. The chicken was crunchy with the right amount of sauce and the fries were really good as well. I definitely will come back and order again!!!!!

I’m a tad upset that I’m just now really getting hip to this restaurant. Chicken is so good! Hot fresh, crispy and well seasoned whole wings. I visit 3 times a week or more. Mac n cheese is good too. I’ll be trying everything else on the menu. I haven’t been disappointed yet!

I love their food, I love their customer service. Me and my family has been there numerous times and have tried many things on the menu (to the point where I’m sure they were wondering if I cook at home ) we did that to get a general idea of the place. Everything we tried was delicious..if you think their lunch and dinner is good…TRY THEIR BREAKFAST!! And they open early! We have dined in, we have ordered out, I’ve never gotten delivery. I would say customer service was good for me but I’m a people person so a bad day couldn’t detere me, you’d have to be completely vile for that and they weren’t. The atmosphere is amazing and I love that it’s family owned because when we took our LOs in there with us and they are busy and they NEVER made us feel bad or never seemed bothered by it. I actually love this place but had to slow down because I was eating their food more than my own because it’s convenient and delicious! I refer them to every human I encounter lol…. their food is amazing and priced good. **For those of you complaining about customer service being your reason to visit only once really have to stop being hard on FAMILY OWNED and BLACK OWNED businesses because there are places you give multiple chances to and their customer service is way worse….stop. anyway TRY THEM IF YOU HAVEN’T and if you have TRY them again.

Today was my first time trying it. I’ve been staying next door to them and never tried their food. A friend told me to try it, and oh my gosh, I’m so glad I did. I got the ribs with macaroni and cheese and yams, with a Pepsi. Everything was seasoned and well-cooked. I’m so happy right now!

I have been coming here since they opened and I typically get the same thing all the time and if it wasn’t for the food, I wouldn’t be coming back because the only person that’s nice here is the older lady. Whoever the main man is that works, here is very rude, Almost cringe to check out with him at the register. If you ask him for extra napkins or anything like that, he has an attitude and it just makes the whole experience terrible.
