Always the best staff at this location! I love that the veteran day deal usually comes with a drink, and on normal late night pizza pickups we find this location has the most polite staff. It’s nice to order and wait for your food because they’re always friendly.

Rude older white lady has no customer service whatsoever. I asked for light bake which I’ve been able to order in the past but they have now taken it off the menu. Looked like she went over to a screen by the crazy bread and must have seen that they don’t offer light bake anymore. Walks to the counter turns around and pretends to touch it like she is trying it out and says nothing to me and handed me my food. If light bake is no longer available that’s fine and she could have just told me. She didn’t have to act like that, we will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s a shame since we used to love this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. The cashier touched my pizza with his bare hands (because they had to check the crust? The photo is where he tore the crust) after they made it incorrectly and then proceeded to take over 45 minutes to remake the pizza. They served 10 customers before even getting to remaking my pizza. They then proceeded to give me the most soggy mess of a pizza. Which was not even attempted to be cut. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service.

Ordered 2 pizzas, took 20 minutes for them to be done, then was refused ANY marinara sauce for my pizza unless I paid additional. Since when does that not come included? Employee was very rude

Seems as if people only complain anymore.
My only complaint is that I live in Eudora and our pizza options are not the best. Gambinos is ridiculously overpriced, Casey’s didn’t have any pepperoni to fulfill orders, and Pizza Hut would’ve been high-priced, too. Little Caesars came in clutch with 2 pizzas for $9.99.
I placed an order yesterday (8/6/25) for 6 pizzas and 3 breadsticks. Pickup time was set for 6:45, but I got there early. They had all but one pizza ready and were incredibly sincere about the delay (which there wasn’t, I was just early). There were two younger gentleman working and both were very nice. One even helped open the doors and walked me out to my car since my hands were full. The service and food was fantastic! Will reorder again!

Stood there for about 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally the girl walks up and says “are you waiting on the big order?” We said no. We’re waiting to order. We order our food and she says it’ll be 25 minutes. We said no problem….. Now we’re going on 35 minutes. The lobby is absolutely full and they haven’t came back over to take anyone else’s order. My food should have been done a while ago.

T-Mobile Tuesday yet again. Ordered Cheese pizza and Pepperoni. Only paid $6.01 great deal! Great custom service and Atmosphere with FRESH & HOT pizza. The wait was only 15-20 felt like, I wasn’t tripping. I knew the wait is JUST THAT. Shoutout to all staff AMAZING PROFESSIONALS.
