This McDonald’s is one of the most efficient I’ve ever seen. It is very busy all day long, and they seem to crank out the orders very quickly. It was super handy during the week I spent in Calhoun, as it is mere yards away from the Red Roof Inn where I stayed.
I can’t speak to the food, because I quit eating at McDonald’s about 15 months ago. But I regularly get coffee and Coke Zero there.
This McDonald’s hours are a bit different than most. The sign says that it’s locally owned and operated, so maybe that’s why. This McDonald’s opens at 7:00 a.m. every day and closes at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and at 11:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I stopped by McDonald’s this week and it was probably the best experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant the young man who took my order I believe his name is Daniel he was so kind and so patient made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be coming back. We need more workers like this!

I ordered online through the app chose curbside for a sausage mcgriddle. I was the ONLY vehicle in the curbside section, the drive through was on the slower side of steady but not really busy at all since less than a dozen people came through while I was there….. I waited over 20-25 minutes for JUST a sausage mcgriddle when they were NOT busy, there was NOT a rush, and breakfast could have ended without me receiving my food if I had not gone through the drive through….. I HATE complaining but they didn’t even bring me my food I had to go LOOKING for it after waiting for over 20 minutes. When at the speaker I informed them of my missing order and didn’t even know what I was talking about until they asked around and confirmed my order number…. I was told to pull around and I thanked them for helping me. At the window I was handed my order very dismissively, no apologies for the wait, even after bringing up the fact that I never received it at curbside. I did NOT receive a receipt, nor anything on the bag to distinguish order number. And when I FINALLY got my Mcgriddle the breading was BARELY warm and the sausage patty was COLD….This is coming from someone who’s worked year’s in the fast food and restaurant business…. all this because I wanted a QUICK something on the way home from the hospital

When I ordered through the drive through they didn’t even have alot of cars maybe 4-5, like ALWAYS…. Pulling you to the front and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order, they forgot my order, now we understand why they have 3.2 rate because is the worst McDonald’s, they don’t keep track of their orders and they only thing they can say is sorry but don’t do anything to improve their service

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Get home to eat and this is what one of my double cheeseburgers looked like. Either someone doesnt like their job or they just dont care. Thankfully i wasnt travelling n having to eat while Im driving or i wouldnt have been able to eat this. Need to do better!!

Went buy to get breakfast and in the middle of trying to order the older lady doing the drive through very rudely said “youre GONNA have to speak louder i can’t hear you so again..” and then when we got to the window she again rudely just opened the window and jerked the paper at us ignored our “have a good morning” because trying to be nice even when people are rude is practiced in our house…
On top of that our food was wrong and our drinks had no ice

They got the order wrong and when shown that it was wrong at the window they made my wife pull up and then when they eventually brought out the order that was supposed to be right the person repeated to my wife what was in the bag and showed her the receipt. When she got home there were 5 hash browns and no sausage egg and cheese McMuffin’s. This is one of many many time they messed up our order at the drive through. Should have know better than to go here. This had to have been done intentionally or by someone that just doesn’t care at all.

Supposed to open at 5:45 bit you can’t count on them to be open! So irritating to be heading to work but the folks at McDonald’s slept in so you don’t get breakfast! Do better!!!!

This McDonald’s is pretty updated and new looking. Also, when we went there, it was clean, and so were the bathrooms.
You have to order your own food at a kiosk. There was no person whatsoever at the counter to take an order. But, this was actually okay since they are really user-friendly.
It took about 20 minutes to get our food, which was a bit annoying. But we were 6 people getting dinner. All orders came out 100% correct, which we thought was a big win for McDonald’s.
