Very nasty place and food. Everything tastes and smell like old oil that needs to be changed. Burger buns soft, mushy, soggy and just nasty like it’s been sitting there for days (I could throw up thinking about how horrible it was), the chicken fries are sooo hard and dry, and not to mention the hair just sticking off the fries- I can’t imagine how the bunch of hair got there! Absolutely gross! We tossed the entire thing! ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I was so hungry. Burger Kings across the US are hit or miss these days. You know they’re better than that clown franchise. I pulled in, unsure of their closing time, behind another vehicle, and my stomach was just like “Give me BK NOW or your check-engine light will start flashing”. The gentleman working the drive-thru came through with the voice of an angel, and requested my request. He asked me about my hopes and dreams, and I told him “A double cheeseburger, pretty please!” He obliged, and we held hands for a moment as he passed me back my debit card. It was magical. I proceeded to the next window to receive my hopes and dreams – that double cheeseburger! I was ecstatic. The second gentleman who handed me the food was sublime, very kind, had that southern hospitality state-of-mind. I had EXTRA NAPKINS! The burger was so good. SO GOOD. Thank you, for being you. I hope you increase their pay and keep a great thing going.

At 4:41pm I ordered an order in the drive thru. I gave the cashier a $100 bill. She asked for change from someone inside Burger King. They said they didn’t have change. I wasn’t able to get food because management doesn’t know how to run their store. The lady in the drive thru was nice. I told her it wasn’t her fault and that I would be doing an review on the business. I left and went to McDonald’s. They had change for my $100 bill and I ordered a meal from them.

The dining area needed up keep. Lots of dirty tables. And full trash bins. was very slow but customers at the counter were not being attended to. This was in a lule time of no rush hour.
Most employees seem to be uncaring in working with any sense of urgency to help the customers. Seems management was focused on the back. Of just being there. Wasting time…When it was easily seen it was fully stocked with all items needed to produce product. Yet still no sense of urgency.
2 people were on the product line but even the drive through was sending many to the pull up and wait to make the customer wait time construed and invalid in real time. As they just talked and focuses on their phone rather then their job.
There is potential in the building itself and could be a good store. But it would need a overhaul of management, and employees..
Imo.. they are all to comfortable in their position and have forgot the ultimate goal of their responsibilities of upholding Burger King standards and processes..
Not to mention the line and back end was a mess and proably should be audited, and have a health inspection.
I would NOT recommend !

First time here since it was rebuilt. My fries were very cold which is my #1 pet peeve at a drive through so it was hard not to leave 1 star. However, what really blew me away was how bad the service was. It was like they grabbed a bunch of people off the street and put them to work that day. The training program needs an overhaul for sure. I think when you are the only one in the drive through, the most basic thing you should expect, is that they know what you ordered when you get to the window since I just told them at the speaker. When I get fast food, I never actually expect excellent service, but the minimum standard would be nice.

They served our family 3 raw chicken sandwiches tonight. The kids didn’t notice until they ate half this mess. You will definitely hear more from me if they end up sick later. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money going to this place. Garbage. I did make them refund our money but will never eat there again. Do better BK.

The place was very clean and the atmosphere was very calm. The person who served us today was very friendly and attentive and willing to explain the menu, which in our case was breakfast, which by the way was good, so it is the best option to start the day among the fast food places I have tried.

Upon arriving at the store, I witnessed a challenging situation where a group of individuals was verbally confrontational and disruptive, even blocking the entrance. Despite the commotion, the staff remained incredibly composed and professional. They courteously asked the individuals to lower their voices and avoid using inappropriate language, emphasizing that this was a family-friendly environment. What impressed me most was how seamlessly the team continued their work, ensuring that the situation did not affect customer service or order accuracy. I had placed an order online just before arriving, and despite the circumstances, my food was prepared quickly, served fresh, and I was in and out within five minutes. The management and team far exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and efficiency. Excellent work by all involved.
