Great little place for dinner or get together. The scallop risotto well prepared, pleasing to the eye and delicious. The cheesecake crust was extremely sweet and the cheesecake was good at best (unfortunately I did not care for it as a cheesecake lover). And the service was excellent. I would return when back on the area. Give them a try.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We have wanted to try it since they opened. When I walked in I thought we were in the wrong place. I was expecting an upscale environment, not an eclectic hookah bar type atmosphere. Our server was also the bartender and had to lookup how to make a martini. They also had no wine glasses for the very few people that were there.
She never cleared our appetizer dishes. The potatoes were not as advertised on the menu. The kitchen staff was also very loud for the low key environment of the restaurant. The only positive was that our steaks were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The waitress never offered us dessert, she just put our check on the table. we had to ask to see the dessert tray as we had seen other tables shown dessert tray. For the price of our meal, I would rather have gone to Texas Roadhouse.

Went for Valentines meal. Opted for the Tomahawk for 2 special for $160. I believe the menu said this came with appetizer, 2 salads, steak, 2 sides and dessert. Was told by waiter the appetizer was not included. Did not want to fight over it and let it go. In fairness Im not 100% on that. Caesar salad was warm and soggy. No cheese or croutons, probably worst Ive had anywhere. There was what appeared to be soggy breadcrumbs in it. Very unpleasant. Steak was brought tableside and cut. Waiter did a poor job cutting the steak. Was very dark in the room and didnt realize how overcooked the steak was until too late. Very well done, not medium as ordered. Asked for a garlic butter which was never brought out. Sides were OK. Had to ask for dessert which was a very small key lime pie that was pretty much a bite for each person. While eating staff walked through the room with multiple store bought pastry boxes and whipped cream cans. Did not appear to be homemade or high end at all. Got the bill and was charged for the dessert that was supposed to be included ($9). Told the waiter and he came back saying it was fixed, however took the itemized receipt away. Both my wife and I realized the total had not changed although he claimed it had. Flagged down manager who corrected the issue. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Food was very sub-par, service was lacking. For $214 dollars before tip, I felt as though there were far better choices. Wrote to the business on their contact us page with no response. Im not typically one to complain but this was that bad.

I went for Valentine’s Day and got the pink vodka penne it came out with soggy spaghetti instead of penne and regular sauce. I could tell the sauce was canned and not handmade it had a horrible taste. Also the chicken parm was made in dirty oil and was dark colored and just not good at all. We left after one bite I didn’t want to be rude and say anything to the server I’m not much of a complainer. Also the drinks were just kind of watered down it wasn’t a good experience unfortunately we won’t be back again

I really expected so much more, especially for a new(second location) restaurant on main street in EG. Overall, it was just okay & did not experience any standout reason to return. We started with a couple of martinis, they were good & ordered the beef protein flight, ribeye, bevette & the lamb chops. Good, but just not memorable enough to make one say, “I have to come back and order that”. We also had the Mediterranean flight, ditto on this, it wasn’t bad, just good. A disappointment for me

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Brought my wife here for her Birthday and honestly would rather give myself a lobotomy with a grape fruit spoon before i ever made the mistake of going back. We had reservations for 7:45 and were seated quickly, we even put our orders in super quick. Then no one ever came back, no waitress or anything. After about 40 minutes we were offered bread. Then about an hour later the waitress asked how everything was tasting yet we hadn’t received ANY of our meal. Not even the simple Ceaser Salad that my wife ordered as a part of their restaurant week menu. After informing the waitress she said she was sorry and would go check in the back to which she never went in the back and also never came back to the table. After about an hour and fifteen minutes i got the attention of I’m assuming was a manager or something. She went in the back and came back telling me that it was a longer wait was due to my steak i ordered. But i had asked her why the people next to me who i had already spoken to prior to speaking to her hadn’t gotten their food and she informed us ticket times were backed up. At this time it was after 9 pm and the restaurant was less than half full as we watched food continually come from the back and go elsewhere. Between the horrific waitstaff attitudes and the absolutely disgusting wait times my wife and I left and got to enjoy pizza by the slice for dinner. So thank you Blackstone for ruining a great night.

Took my girl to the soft opening week so we could “Catch flights not feelings!” And we caught both!!! We geek in love with Blackstone Steakhouse EG. The idea of food flights with quality entrees is awesome! The filet was . The lamb chops (aka lollipops) were superb. Scallops and salmon were just . Omg!!! Can’t wait to go back! I even got a margarita flight. Highly recommend the as well as the hot honey Margherita too! If you want a guilty side pleasure,I recommend the creamed spinach . They also ravioli flights, spaghetti flights, etc. The list goes on! If you’re so reading this and not booking a table… we’re not members of the same tribe. Open up your browser and get a reservation asap! One more tip, Helena is a very charismatic server who took great care of us!

We came in Saturday evening with friends
And family that were in town visiting. This was our second time visiting the resteraunt. Food, staff, service and ambiance was just as good as our first visit! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon!

Underwhelming experience, not worth the $300 tab but not a horrible experience either. I brought my husband here for his birthday instead of Flemings/Capital Grille. The service was borderline poor, I had to get up three times to get the waitress to come to our table. Nobody in the restaurant could tell us where the steaks come from, which was concerning. Everything we ordered was 3/5 but the steaks were cooked perfectly 5/5. Overall average experience with a high price tag.
