This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time getting breakfast here! had to repeat the order at least three times to the worker in the second window. The service was SUPER SLOW in the drive thru and my food looked so nasty! Food was also COLD when I received it! Waited a good 20 minutes in drive thru! I got a steak egg n cheese bagel and don’t even want to eat it! It’s smothered in sauce! Got the pancakes and sausage and they didn’t include the pancake syrup!
I don’t recommend people come here! The service was Terrible along with the food! Do better Mc Donald’s! I’d rather made my own breakfast at home! Just saying! All they did to rectify the situation was by sending me a email that meant NOTHING! MC DONALDS give me a refund is the LEAST YOU COULD DO! That’s why their food is ️!

Handed my bags out to the cat in front of off me. The people on front of me handed them back in because it was not theirs. I pull up and they said they are remaking mine. They pull me up. 2 minutes later here comes one big bag. It’s the same 3 bags port into one bag. You can tell because the people in front of me unwrapped one of my sandwiches and it was not wrapped back correctly. Will never use this location again and will be calling corporate. No receipt any where.

decided to try the new big arch Burger , bottom Patty was fully cooked the other 1 was still red in the middle, McDonald’s keeps confirming what I already know they should be a last-ditch effort at getting dinner. Never felt the need to write a review before this for any company but definitely felt like McDonald’s deserved the negative review will definitely cheese Burger King or Wendy’s from here on out

DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. Ordered and paid in the app at this “24 hr” location. Arrived and was told they weren’t accepting any orders except DoorDash orders. Got told to request a refund thru the app. App says I have to contact the store directly. Called store and got told they can’t do that on their end? So I’m just out the money I spent with no food? This is blatant fraud. Will be going back this afternoon in person to demand a refund, if they won’t resolve the issue I will involve the cops. This is unacceptable.

I used my code which was 5 bucks for a medium 10 pc MEAL or medium Big Mac MEAL. They didn’t give me my drink and jacked up the order on my receipt so when I told the guy he forgot my coke. He asked for my receipt and it wasn’t on there so he just didn’t give me a coke which i understand and wasn’t his fault but like really dude?? Then he looked at me weird like I was trying to scam him out of a drink. They were already moving so slow cuz it was busy so I get that you miss items in the bag but you literally rung up my deal because it said on the app that they rung up my code? But the drink wasn’t on the receipt for a MEAL deal? I wasn’t about to go through that line again so I just went home. Plus it’s a medium coke like you can’t just give me a medium coke? Im not gonna scam yall out of something I didn’t pay for but whatever. I’m sick today with common cold and my whole day has been going backwards. To throw on top of it, not getting a coke that I paid for because it didn’t show up on the receipt cuz either the cashier didn’t actually ring up my code or the app was bugging. Everything is way to expensive nowadays, god forbid a girl use a meal deal to get some chicken nuggets and a coke after a bad day. Now I feel like a big back for being upset about a coke. I’m on my period rn too so it really is that deep.

Over the weekend they served me a steak egg and cheese sandwich the steak was completely raw on the inside. The steak for these sandwiches is raw and made to order. this morning after I placed a mobile order they refused to make it saying they don’t serve breakfast till after 6:00 it was 601 while I was standing in the dining room.
The response from McDonald’s below is bs. I already contacted them using the website and got a response telling me to call the store. What a joke. They don’t take anything seriously.

The management at this location is worthless.
For a week customers come use the auto order system in the lobby to figure they don’t take credit card payments, then the machine says take your receipt to the register to pay but they don’t have any paper in them. Go to the register the people repeatedly walk over and ignore you while you’re clearly at the register and not a pickup order.
Management is worthless, and clearly the owner doesn’t care either.

Had a long wait and told to pull up to third window during lunch. Only ordered one meal. The food was okay and drink until I got to one cheeseburger. I know that mayonnaise does not go on it. And you guys downed it with that. I had a stomache after that and almost got sick. And I was nice and did nothing bad to you guys or said nothing wrong. I was happy to even go there then too, but you all ruined it for me.

Usually any time I go into McDonalds, I bring my McDonalds cup back in later and get a refill. I usually have no issues with this. I go in this morning, and some lady (I didn’t get her name..) was very rude to me. She looked me up and down, looked at my almost empty cup with disgust.. Asked me when I came in, and I told her earlier this morning. She asked had I been in the lobby all morning, I told her no. She said I can’t get a refill unless it’s the same visit. I told her I had never had an issue getting a refill before, she just repeated herself in nastier tone, “Same visit!” I walked out very angry. Not only did I feel completely judged, she was very rude about it and she acted like a refill on a SMALL coke was going to come out of her paycheck. I will NOT return to this McDonalds again.

We’ve never had to wait long for our order but if we ever did it was due to short staffing or because they were VERY busy during the time that we went. Never had to wait longer than like 15 mins most sometimes. Granted that may seem like a long time but when your feeding a big family you tend to have to learn to be PATIENT AND WAIT.
