We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. I came here with my mom not too long ago. The food is so good! I got The B.E.C., and my mom got the barbacoa tacos. We let the server know about my mom’s food allergies, and they accommodated them perfectly. The food came pretty quickly, and our server made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our food. The coffee was amazing, and it came with free refills. They have plenty of options to choose from, from their take on traditional breakfast to a seasonal menu to healthy stuff such as their power bowls! I didn’t let anything go to waste!
If you are driving through Round Rock, I recommend you stop by for some great food and coffee and the cute atmosphere they provide!

We have been regulars at First Watch for years! absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel like a regular every time you walk in. Breakfast comes out quickly, the portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade. It’s easily my favorite breakfast spot—highly recommend! Tom the GM is always making sure everyone is enjoying their food and correcting any problems immediately! He is kind, friendly, and very welcoming. Our server Austin was amazing! He anticipated our needs before we asked.

They brought out cold food, but it came out quickly after I had ordered. I don’t know if it’s just sitting out and they put it all together on a plate or how they prepare it but it definitely was not fresh. You can see the cheese is not melted because the food was so cold. The waitress asked if I wanted a to go box as soon as she gave me my food. How does that even make sense if I haven’t started eating yet? Then she brought my tab 5 minutes later and said “no rush” she never came back after that and I wanted a to go box and cup after I didn’t finish my food. She finally came back after 20 minutes and took my plate without asking if I was finished or needed a to go box or anything else. Very disappointed in the service and food here.

I cannot say enough good things about First Watch. This restaurant has been a consistent favorite for my family and me for almost three years. The food is always excellent, the restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the service truly stands out.
Every staff member treats us with care and kindness, which makes each visit feel personal and appreciated. The manager, Tod, is a great example of outstanding leadership. He always greets us warmly, remembers us, and makes sure we are well taken care of. That level of attention and hospitality makes a real difference.

I’ve been to three other First Watch locations, all in Houston, and unfortunately this one was the worst experience I’ve had.
First off, the outdoor patio is right next to the dumpster… talk about bad placement. On top of that, the outdoor tables are wobbly and unstable, and there’s barely enough space to fit your food. It honestly makes no sense when they serve everything on huge plates but give you almost no room on the table.
I ordered the Farm Stand breakfast tacos, which I’ve had multiple times at other locations, and they were really lacking in flavor. It honestly tasted like someone just threw chicken, egg, avocado, and cheese together and served it without much seasoning or thought.
This is the first time I’ve ever left a First Watch disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location

Food and service were great. My plate is almost empty because I ate everything before taking a picture. The Smoked Salmon Friatta was sooo tasty and our waitress was very attentive and quick. It was busy but got we on the waiting list and it pretty fast for a Saturday. We’ll definitely be back!!!

My friend and I visited here for the first time and I must say, it’s totally amazing. The wait time on a Sunday is always a huge wait, but it was worth it because the service overall was outstanding. Much respect to Todd and the entire staff that took care of us. The food was great and was filling as well.

This was my first time here. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the hostess. She was very friendly and made conversation with my 5yr old. We were seated quickly and helped shortly after. Food came out in no time and tasted great. Waitress was lovely & attentive. My family and I will be coming back and I would highly recommend to others.
