First time here. Was a Thursday at 5 and was not busy at all. Had a open face Ruben which was very good and rather large. Would definitely get this again. Service was very good.. Nice clean restaurant and I will recommend and return.

Just left Black Olive a little while ago before they got crazy busy. There were 3 of us and we were seated immediately. We all had seafood or fish dinners. We had so much food leftover that there is enough for a full meal meal of leftovers. All the food, especially the crabcakes, was delicious and fresh, seasoned, but not overly seasoned. Prices are definitely very reasonable and the amount of food is over the top. We will most definitely be returning!

Was seated quickly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, attentive, and courteous. Good sized menu with allot of options. They have breakfast all day.
Turkey tasted fresh and the gravy was flavorful. Good amount of chicken in the chicken parm but spaghetti and sauce tasted watered down. Chicken wrap was packed and very good. French onion was okay.

This is my first time here as I was passing through. Don’t let the exterior of this place fool you. It’s really neat and tidy inside. Not to mention, you sure do get your moneys worth here! I ordered the fried scallops with fried zucchini and it was delicious. I was able to get a salad, 2 sides, and pudding for dessert. They also give you breadsticks with homemade marinara sauce complimentary. For the marinara sauce it’s really good! My family got the pork chop with mix veggies and they loved it. I would definitely come back! They have a large menu for something with everyone!

Big big portions, food was fine, I probably could’ve ordered something better than the turkey and stuffing, it wasn’t up to Mom standard. I think they try to make up for it by serving you really big big portions. Did I mention how big the portions are? I could’ve easily split it with my wife instead of getting a dish each.

Nice menu with standard diner fare and breakfast all day. My food was good, not great. My buddies open face turkey sandwich had a bright yellow gravy which he said wasn’t very good.

My dad and I regularly get breakfast or lunch at the Black Olive. The food is good, and the portions are generous enough that my dad always takes home plenty of leftovers. The best part is the staff, though. They are so warm, kind, and helpful!
