Ordered sandwiches on app. Got to store, walked in for order pickup. Waited in line.
Got to counter and shared I had ordered on my app, asked if they offered veteran or senior citizen discount, was rudely denied.
Then paid. Waited as sandwiches were not done. They made sandwiches for others that ordered after us, no big deal. But when my order was done they wouldn’t give me my sandwiches until I paid.
I told them I paid! Ay yi yi, these guys were RUDE….
I “DO NOT” recommend this location to any military veterans. If you’re a senior citizen, I would not come here either, kids have no respect.

I officially have a new favorite sandwich! For years it was “a #12 please cut in half with pepper!”. Today I tried to toasted Roast beef and cheddar no onions of any kind add pepper cut in half…YUMMY!” GREAT SERVICE AT THOS LOCATION!

Jimmy John’s has very good food and the speed and accuracy of orders is completed well. I especially enjoy their drive through. Unlike other places, here the drive through is as fast as going inside. It is appreciated.

Food is fine, typical jimmy johns. The problem here is they never get an order right. We have ordered 3 times in the last month or so, every time our order is completed wrong. Nothing difficult, like wheat bread instead of white. Like no mayo. Simple adjustments to an order. Seems like they cant enter an order correctly. We even repeated wheat bread twice on the latest visit, still came out wrong.

This place is AWFUL. They get my order wrong every single time. I said no avocado, extra cheese, and mayo. I got tons of avocado, no cheese at all, and NO mayo. Why??? How hard is it?? I called to try to help them be better, but the 12 yr old boys who work there don’t care.
