Food was not that great. This is my own personal honest opinion. I ordered the teriyaki beef. .. my son ordered the chicken and it felt like it was just reheated chicken on the grill.. it was hard and dry. The tempura vegetables were way too chunky.

Food was ok. The beef has a lot of chewy and crunchy parts and the rolls had old avocado. The best part was the tempura probably because it’s fried. The crazy part is that you have to get your own utensils, throw your food away put the dishes on the bin I am surprised they didn’t ask me to wash them. All while the waitress is glued to her phone.

I use to enjoy this place. The lady got my order wrong and was going to charge me to fix it. I had the ramen for the first time and not very good. So disappointed with this place. They have lost my business. They need better customer service training.

The salmon Benito box is $18.95. The rice was hard as if it was heated up leftovers. You only get one piece of salmon – I don’t feel like that’s a good amount considering the price. The temporary veggies and miso were good.
I paid $4.95 for a Thai iced tea that was basically all ice.

Great specials! Great food! They are quick but that doesn’t interfere with the quality and taste of the food. I’ve also catered from them before and it was just as delicious as eating on site.

I’d been enjoying my meals from Maki Yaki since I started ordering from them a couple of months ago (the food is good), but I learned a tough lesson with my last take out order earlier this week: check your order before leaving. Even if the bag is knotted.
I ordered two plates and a Philly Roll. The bag I received was tied up firmly, but, based on weight, it felt like everything I ordered was in there, so I went home.
However, when I cut the knot off the bag, much to my disappointment, the item I was most looking forward to (the Philly Roll) was nowhere to be found.
Considering how frequently I eat away from home, it’s a small miracle that this hasn’t happened to me before. Lesson learned.
