I went to Hibachi Express Ramen after my friend Kimberly recommended it to me, and I’m so glad she did! She was so friendly and welcoming. The ramen was packed with flavor, the hibachi was cooked perfectly. The whole place had a nice vibe that made the meal even better. Big thanks to Kimberly for suggesting it. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Everyone was completely unimpressed by their plates. 2 lunch specials which came with a drink and 2 orders drinks sold separately and 1 order of fried sushi. Over fried sushi! Basic rice barely fried no seasoning but with a sprinkle of eggs and onions. vegetables sold separately haha no seriously tho. They charge extra for any sauce past 2 extra. The staff wasn’t very inviting nor did they make any suggestions or clarify the menu options. Not saying the staff is bad at all just that service on a greeting level could be better. Definitely expensive for the college students in my opinion. Iv had better mall food.

I got the hibachi steak and for me, it honestly tasted a little funny. The outsides were hard but the insides all varied in rarity. The brown milk sugar tea was phenomenal though, although it was gone before I realized lol. Not a horrible meal but just weird meat this time.

Thank you so much for your excellent service yesterday during my graduation. I am truly grateful and very happy— all my guests were extremely pleased with your top-notch service. Your patience, professionalism, and the quality and quantity of the food were outstanding and absolutely delicious.

I have come in a few times to order take out and the restaurant is always clean. I usually get the steak hibachi entree and it is always cooked just the way I like it. Recently I tried the ramen and erin was really helpful with picking out which one to get and how it works. I ended up getting the tomato chicken ramen without the bamboo shoots and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend!

The ramen was absolutely disgusting. I’ve gotten ramen from various places and ik it’s not for everyone but I do actually love good ramen. This was not good ramen. I got the mega ramen and off rip it had this underlying chemical smell. Chemicals and wet dog is the best way I could put it. Nothing about any of the ingredients were fresh.
The girls working that day were very helpful and accommodating and they allowed me to get another ramen the chicken curry or something like that. It was slightly better than the other one but still extremely gross. Their noodles and toppings all have the same old and chemical taste that is just unbearable. I thought I could fix it when I got home but it was just so horrific. I wasted $30

First, I would like to say how utterly excited I was when I found out that a new ramen place was opening in Statesboro. When the nearest decent ramen spot was almost an hour away, I was ecstatic to see the sign put up in the plaza. And I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very tidy and honestly well decorated. The service was awesome too, they were quick with both my appetizer and my meal. I got the Mega Ramen Combo with the Thai Tea and an order of the Takoyaki (which is something I could only get in Savannah for the longest time). All of it was amazing, the pork was nice and flavorful, the soup was rich, and the gyoza that come with the combo were to die for! Needless to say they’re going to be a common eat for me. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.

Finally! A place that offers authentic style Ramen in the boro! Me and the Wife both had the Tonkotsu shio and we both enjoyed it!
The combo was a bit expensive but it comes with fried Gyoza and a premium drink.
I’ve tried ramen at every major city i go to, from Washington DC, to Savannah so I have a wide point of reference here. The Ramen was not the best I’ve ever had, but the broth was tasty, it had a generous portion of Pork included, the noodles were also springy and good (not instant packaged stuff) toppings were also authentic. The Ramen here is worth a try, it is a chain so temper your expectations, however I will be back to try all then flavors!

We had a great experience dining there. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some tasty food and a fun time. Our server Kimberly was very attentive and friendly and she knew the menu very well to help us navigate thru it. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food and the service. We will definitely be back!
