Our server Camille was fantastic but the food was underwhelming today. We ordered a steak frittes and the steak was over cooked. The frittes were also over cooked, I like them fried well but this was way overdone. We also ordered a pizza, turkey sausage and Gouda, this was very good.
We finished the night with the carrot cake dessert, this was okay. I liked my cappuccino.

Fantastic food and experience as always! We have been coming to true food kitchen for at least 8 years. In that time, we have tried just about every menu item with few exceptions. In every case, the food is fresh, delicious, healtht, and made to order.
Tonight we had the hummus appetizer, butternut squash soup, grains bowl with grilled chicken, air fried chicken tenders with fries, buttered pasta, and the famous squash pie for dessert.
As usual, the food was LIGHTS OUT! Absolutely amazing, great flavor, fresh, hot, and perfect. The squash pie is the absolutely best dessert you will ever try.
Our server, Nicholas, was extremely friendly, pleasant, fast, and efficient. The ambiance is always very nice, clean, and convenient. The price is as you would expect, roughly $30/person for appetizers, dinner, and shared dessert.
If you want really great food, that is also healthy and fresh, this is the place to go!!

Terrible place, save your money and time. We ordered one burger and one chicken parm, fries were cold, felt like they were sitting out for 30 minutes before being served, burger bread was clearly old or dried from being left out, burger was also just above room temperature. The chicken parm was beyond disgusting, unmelted cheese bits, cold, pasta felt like it had been left out. Took 10 minutes to be greeted once sat down, then waiting 35 minutes for our two entrees. To top it all off, the menu prices were different than the bill. Clearly there’s a theme here, never will go again.

We thought of trying this place after seeing a video online with positive reviews and knowing that this place doesn’t use any seed oils. The atmosphere was ok and I felt the place could have been a little more cleaner/maintained but may be there was only an hour left for them to close hence that could be the reason. We tried the tomato basil soup, cheese pizza for the kid, Parmesan chicken, Mediterranean Shrimp as entrees and finally flourless chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The soup was really nice and the desserts were too good. The entrees were ok and pizza was tasty, our kid loved it. The food overall was good and definitely worth trying once. You can also indulge yourself knowing the ingredients are clean.

Most times when I dine in at tru food it’s a good experience, the food is good and keeps me coming back. However, recently 2 weeks in a row I placed an online order. Both times I ordered the burger with fries and both times they gave me purely burnt fries, and an overcooked burger. Also, the burger bun was different that what was advertised. When I called to get this corrected they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m not sure if I can give this place another try

I am so happy I have found this restaurant. I feel good about ordering anything from here, but the salmon because is not Wild caught. They don’t use seed oils and they serve organic products. Gluten-free items, grass fed beef, hormone/antibiotic free chicken, etc. All of the items I have ordered so far have been really good, with the exception of the gluten-free bun I got on my last visit with my grass fed burger was dried and hard as a rock and it was disappointing because I took some family members for dinner. I let the waiter know and he was very apologetic and he offered to take the items off the check but I said just take off the gluten-free buns off and he also gave us free desserts for the inconvenience. I hope they open a location near Winter Garden, FL soon.
