I was so happy to find this place! I saw it because it stands out in Duchense and ordered my husband to turn into the parking lot. The smoothies were sooooo good! And they have every health remedy and service you could need! I’m definitely coming back for a massage!

We absolutely loved their weekly lunches and smoothie detoxes! The store was always so clean and staff so friendly. They always used all natural ingredients. Nourish also have massages and chiropractors, which is just what we needed.

This is the best spot, and the owners / employees are SO kind! We stopped by for the mid-morning while traveling, and they were so welcoming and accomodating! The smoothies were delicious, Thursday lunch was INCREDIBLE, and the snack boxes are so perfect (get the stuffed peppers!!). The patio is also such a nice place to hang out, and there is wifi 🙂 This was such a great stop, and I hope we get to stop by again!

What a great spot. We needed a snack on our road trip and this place offered a healthy variety. Loved the snack pack box I got with energy bites, cheese and carrots. Such a good idea, wish more places existed like this!

Got my husband a Foot zone with Liz. He said it felt really good and it helped him relax. Everything was so relaxing. Soft music playing, nice smells of essential oils, dim lighting. Was everything I’d expect. Highly recommend
