Our High School Basketball team used Culvers for a Spirit night. We had a Fantastic experience!! Jaeson and his team made us feel right at home!! Our players got to help run food to tables and the drive thru, greet customers, and feel part of the Culver’s team!! The food was amazing as always!! And everyone loved the concrete flavor of the day, Cookie Dough Overload!!

Only issue I had was they brought my sons ice cream before his food? What 4 year old will eat his dinner after eating his ice cream first? Other than that everything else was good.

This was my first time here. I didn’t realize it was semi fast food. Meaning you ordered at the counter. I did choose the option of ordering at the table using a QR code. The food arrived in a decent amount of time delivered by a crew member. The food was very good. The chicken patty was a good size as was the cheeseburger. They were quite tasty. The fries were fresh and crispy. The establishment was fairly clean and parking was easy and plentiful. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Really good customer service, the girl was helpful and nice also the guy who brought the order to the table (if is to eat in they’ll bring it to you) Food is not bad, actually I was surprised the meet and cheese tasted good for being a fast food chain restaurant. Apparently their ice cream/frozen custard is pretty good lots of people were getting it. I only ordered a double (patties are very thin) Deluxe burger basket/combo. Little more lettuce would be nicer. The butter bun kind of thick for my taste but most people like it that way, I decided to eat it with half of a bun instead. The fries are really good, thick yet crunchy and cooked perfectly in my opinion. Overall is a very decent fast food option. Very convenient location

I visited Culver’s in Clayton after a friend’s going away gathering and was terribly hungry. I decided to check out this place to satisfy my hunger and I was right to do so. While my palate did not detect any seasoning , the meat did taste fresh and it was very juicy. Not like a regular fast food burger. Definitely upper grade beef. I also treated myself to a small vanilla salted caramel topped custard. The perfect combo in my opinion.

Absolutely incompetent store and staff. This is the second time I have tried to buy something here and this is my second awful experience. I attempted to buy gift certificates for my daughter and my mom because they both like to eat here. I am rarely on this side of town but I made a point to stop today after working a 12 hour shift to get the gift certificates before Christmas. The dining room was closed for “maintenance” so I had to wait through the ridiculously long drive through line to buy them. I ordered 5 separate $10 gift cards. I got up to the window and gave her $50 cash. Both times I have been to this store it’s like a teenage sleepover – total chaos with kids yelling and running around without purpose. I don’t have anything against teenagers (I have a 15 year old) but this place is a zoo. Both kids manning the drive through were very confused and had loaded five cards with $5 each. I reminded the girl I said five cards with $10 each and it literally took her 30 seconds of thinking to figure out that that adds up to $50. They called the slightly older teenager manager over to fix it and he tried to get me to pay again. I told him I already paid $50 and after several more minutes of fumbling around he gave me five gift cards claiming they had $10 on them. There was an advertisement on the window for a fundraising calendar for $5, so I tried to buy that to add to the cards as a gift, but was told they didn’t have any more. Maybe you should take the sign down?! At this point I just hope the cards have the money loaded on them because I have doubts the staff I met was capable of accomplishing this. They did not seem concerned that I had just waited in a 20 minute line (because the lobby was closed) and was now dealing with their inability to sell me a gift card for the correct amount. I contacted the store after my last bad experience and got no response. If you have lots of time to waste and don’t care if your order is right and want bad service this is your place!

I’ve only been one time but i will be going back soon. Food was great the burger patty was a little small but full of flavor and fresh toppings. It was like eating a burger at home. Price was probably the best thing about culver’s I got a combo burger onion rings and a large drink for under $10 and was full when I left

We do take out once a week for lunch and consistently the fries are under cooked and hard, cheese barely on the burger, almost always the put on wrong toppings and forget the condiments. It’s not so bad for dine in but we have issues with every single take out order. We hope it gets better because we used to really enjoy it.
