I had placed a delivery order online that came in a timely manner with a hot and delicious pizza. This is actually my go to order because I am a big fan of their pizza. I visited their store in the past well. Their in-store employees are very helpful and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is amazing. Overall their food is outstanding and always presented nicely. I have tried many different foods from their menu and I recommend you try them as well.

Food is always good! I order every month for our staff meetings. One time had I entered the wrong time for a futrure deliver. I needed it an hour earlier. When I called, Raja anaswered right away and started the order immediately! Great customer service!

The fries were completely unsalted, and the customer service was just terrible. When I called to get things sorted out, they told me “hold on” and left me on hold with no help.
The driver wasn’t any better. He was rude and practically shoved his phone in my face, demanding a tip right away. Overall, unprofessional and frustrating—I wouldn’t recommend it.

Horrible customer service whoever was the white older man working cashier Friday 12/6 around at 1pm (which I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the manager himself) was beyond rude from the start. I was nice from the get go and greeted him and said I had a pick up, he looked up and obviously annoyed and the second he spoke gave attitude for no reason. I understand giving attitude to customers if they are rude first but I wasn’t so there was no reason for him to be rude to me so i gave him the same energy back when I caught it, then I asked him if he’s always like this and his response “not always” it’s paisanos so I don’t expect much for anything but you guys are empty as is, don’t push any remaining customers away and for the guy working cashier don’t work customer service hating your life and taking your angry personal issues on others. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with him for hours if his attitude is nasty like that. Yikes.

I have never left a review before but I feel compelled to after my last interaction with this place. I ordered a large pizza topping (black olives, feta, etc) and they showed up with a medium pizza with pepperoni only. I returned the pizza but then they didn’t come back with what I ordered for almost an hour later … and when they did it was a medium and not a large. I tried calling multiple times but they wouldn’t answer. The pizza itself was gross. I will never order from here again and recommend everyone else avoids it.
