The last few times I’ve gone here my order isn’t right. The customer service sucks here. Have a bunch of young people who could give a crap about making things right. Terrible service and the quality of the food is terrible. Today I was told to park in slot 2 but there was someone there already. So I moved to 3. Waited over 15 minutes. Cars were leaving and still no food. I see the car to my left told the employee that wasn’t theirs. Instead of coming to see if it was my order he took it back in to sit there. So I get out my car and ask where my order is. I was told oh he brought it back in. Why? Instead of checking with other customers he thought the smart thing to do is take it back in. It’s a mess there.

I was door dashing and the manager completely ignored me and helped the white dude that smashed the door bell walked in like 10 minutes after I got here. My order was already ready when I got here and I rang the doorbell a few times and he yelled at me to calm down, when that white dude was so aggressive before me. That’s wild service. I’m never picking up from this place again, y’all can have all of the orders here. Talk about trash customer service.

I ordered online and when it was delivered, I was missing the large fries and my burger was NOT cooked at all. I called and was basically told there’s nothing they can do about it and that I should deal with Doordash about any complaints. After going back and forth with the “manager” and telling him that Doordash has NOTHING to do with my missing fries OR my burger being raw. I was told to bring back the burger so they can see it and replace it (I Doordash my food what makes him think I can just go and take a burger ) I told him that I had pictures and that I can send or email it then I’m told that a coupon is going to be mailed which I never received.

Anytime you order off the menue and have to be placed in parking spot 2 to wait at a “fast food restaurant ” for your food,Sucks and should never ever happen. Hence the word fast food. Oh and the order was wrong. But that dint surprise me now days.

The middle aged older woman running the cash register this morning in the store was unexpectedly rude, we tried to get her to scan our phone for the buy one breakfast sandwich get one for 50 cents, she ignored us and kept asking us what we wanted off the menu. After trying to let her know that we had the deal on the phone she still kept insisting that we order off the menu…so we did and kept getting annoyed when we told her what we wanted for our drinks and had gotten annoyed when she got the two orders wrong getting them mixed up and then proceeding to tell us that one of the item menus cant be a meal without the egg (I don’t like the eggs cause it doesn’t taste good me being pregnant but wanted a meal so I was forced to get the egg.) (even though I have gotten meals with out the egg for the breakfast sandwiches with out egg before and it wasn’t a big problem but this time it was…)
After we ordered and she was reading back our orders and after them being wrong she doesn’t say anything and just walks off…so we just left

Came here not even during a rush, placed my order before I came and waited 10 minutes before anyone would communicate with me that their mobile ordering was down, and then another 10 minutes before anyone would answer where my order was or if it even got placed. If the app would’ve let me get a refund I would’ve just left, but instead I wasted 30 extra minutes of my life waiting for food I didnt even want anymore by the time I got it. I wont be back to this location.
Update: spoke too soon, after waiting almost 20 more minutes and after the manager having placed the order through the register, they still managed to lose the order and could not update me on where it was. I walked out, not willing to waste another second of my life in this mismanaged “fast food” establishment. They can certainly count on me never visiting again. Also was robbed of $17.42 because I never got a refund because they wouldn’t give me one or wouldn’t tell me how to get my money back.
