Had another great visit to Applebee’s! Jenny is always super friendly and genuinely makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. She’s got an awesome attitude and takes great care of everyone. Plus, the beer is always ice cold, just the way it should be. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot with good service, this is definitely the place!

Showed up to get lunch with a friend today right at open and it was wonderful! We were kindly greeted and sat upon arrival our food was amazing and came out about 10 minutes after we ordered. I got the ultimate trio and everything was delicious, while my friend got the chicken tenders meal. I also got a Prime rib dip meal to go for my husband who loved the frilled onions and american cheese. The prices here are more than reasonable and I will definitely return!

I have to be honest when I say Applebees is not one of my go tos, but tonight while having an appointment nearby I was looking for time to kill and something to eat with one of my kids. I haven’t been to this location in over a decade I believe because I don’t live in the area. When we arrived it didn’t look too busy, but we were told it would be about 10 minutes or so. I quickly realized they were very short staffed which made sense for the wait. I honestly felt a bit bad for the staff since they are also offering $1 margaritas right now. It ducks that the ones willing to work are pulling double duty for the ones who don’t want to work etc. once seated we were greeted by our waitress Bree you we overheard stating she was just helping out this location. Kudos to Bree. Not only was she a great server to us I saw her run around so quick to help so many others. She was kind and efficient. Even when I overheard some other customers not being so kind/patient she kept her cool and did what she could. We ordered the 2 for 30 where we had the ribs and steak. As an appetizer the spinach dip. Everything came out pretty quick with the help of some other staff. Everything was good for the most part. I am glad they let me sub mashed potatoes for a side salad. It was an additional up charge , but worth it. The salsa was fresh and lettuce crisp. My steak was a bit overdone, but still decent. Our appetizer was great. My son enjoyed his ribs and was happy they just fell off the bone. Some of the tables were dirty and dishes still sitting, but again it was very obvious they were shorty staffed and were trying their best. Shout out to Bree for working her tail off tonight. We appreciated her efforts and smile very much.

Upon entering the restaurant, the server insisted I sit at a high table. When I refused, she tried to get me a low table. I then told her I wanted a table by the window. We were told the window area was closed, and she immediately cleared out the low table that hadn’t been cleaned for us. Afterwards, another American customer was seated in the same area. This felt very unfair, and the service was inconsistent. Extremely disappointing service. It’s ridiculous. I got diarrhea within ten minutes of arriving home; the food must have been defective.

Have you ever had a conversation about where to eat and everyone just says whatever. Applebees is whatever, not good enough to be at the top of the list, but just good enough that you go if it’s the closest option.
I dined here for dinner. The service was actually very good, too bad the same can’t be said for the food. We got the 2 for $25 deal. We selected mozzarella sticks as the appetizer which was ok. I got the grilled cheese hamburger, it was very dry. There was one drop of sauce on the whole sandwich, and the cheese on the menu looks appetizing, but the sad spot of cheese on this sandwich was almost nonexistent. My wife ordered the Chicken Tenders and Mac and Cheese and that had to be the saddest looking plate of food I ever saw.
We both ate the food, and realized immediately after why it’s been years since we ate at an Applebees. It filled my stomach, but left you with regret.
I‘ll probably end up visiting again in 10 years, after I forget why I don’t typically eat here.

I had to wait more than 10 minutes at curbside pick up and nobody came out. I called them and no answer. I had to go inside to get our salads. We paid $17 per salad and the size was no bigger than a $5 side salad. Total waste of money.
