Another tradition is to have a birthday meal with family. The three of us had different entrees and they were all excellent. One of the things we like with Olive Garden is the salad and breadsticks! Starting with those two can fill you up and has in the past. Take home is still a good option in that case. The cocktails were really good. We tried the Italian Margarita and that was really good. The stuffed chicken Marsala had mashed potatoes as a side, but I substituted some spaghetti with marinara sauce. That really made the dish! The spaghetti with meatballs was my wife’s favorite and it also did not disappoint. The shrimp scampi did not disappoint either. Because it was a birthday, we had to have dessert to split and the Black Tie Mousse Cake was a hit with the three of us. A nice finish to the meal. The service was also excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is a little dated for us because we been going there so long, but it is clean and does not need repair. The Olive Garden restaurants are a chain and as a chain they do a great job with the food and service. It is a restaurant you can count on.

Wow! The serve was great (forgive me but I don’t remember her name) she was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! You could tell that she enjoyed her job while making sure her customers were satisfied.
I wasn’t a fan of the food though, ONLY because I am not a pasta person.The pasta seemed a little sweet to me. The salad was great! Loved how she came to our table multiple times. The unlimited salad was delicious. We were even seated next to a hilarious grandmother and her granddaughter! The drink was good also!

Great service. Salad is always good. My meal came out kind of lukewarm. It was ok-nothing as good as I had hoped. For the price it definitely was not worth it. Ordered dessert to go and this was outstanding! Tuxedo chocolate cake! My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was just ok.

So first and foremost let me start off by saying this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had due to someone’s lack of paying actual attention to what is going on, first I ordered 2 lasagnas 2 salads 1 appetizer, 3 deserts, which this comes with bread sticks and salad dressing and desert toppings which none of the above where in my order except the strawberries which where poured all over the bottom of the bag, the salads where inedible due to the wilted lettuce and the lettuce stalks all throughout the bowls, full middle stalks at that, no dressing to even use with them luckily I had some in my fridge to use or it would have been bone dry which wouldn’t have mattered much anyways due to they where not edible, the appetizer toasted ravioli which was non existent as it was not in the bag neither where the bread sticks or the smell of the bread sticks, and the lasagna well I have never seen a flat lasagna it only had one layer of noodles and one layer of cheese and then the meat sauce, I have eaten at Olive Garden all my life and this by far is the most concerning meal I have ever been served. So I paid 100$ for two flat pieces of lasagna that was actually the only thing you could eat. And couldn’t even eat them cause they where cold and wet, I actually thought something would give on this order eventually but it kept getting worse as it went.
I called to speak to the manager Jordan whom was very pleasant and very helpful but upon me calling back a second time to tell her everything I had found one of the guys whom answered the phone said oh she is not here I said how is she not there when I just spoke to her two mins ago and he said oh yeah yeah my bad your rite she is here let me get her. Some real customer service from that kid as he is the last one that should be answering anybody’s phone talking to anybody like that or even lying to them about something they already know about. Crazy crazy crazy, when all and all he needs to be checking the to go orders making sure peoples orders are being sent out correctly instead of pacifying customers when they know better. But the manager really went above and beyond and was very compassionate to what had happened. Yes I understand this is her job but at the end of the day it wasn’t her fault either. Pics are attached of all of the dinner mistakes well if I actually had the items to take pics of. Mostly garbage. Literally.

Terrible service!!! Called the restaurant on my way there to make an order for pick up . They put me on hold and never took my call. By that time I was already in the parking lot. It wasn’t busy it’s late, 8;15pm. I can see the lobby its empty with no customers and still waiting. Decided to walk in to make my order instead letting them know my call was never taken after being put on hold. I get a careless apology.
*** Food update: Food looked gas station bought. I ordered an alfredo fettuccine with shrimp and chicken and it looked like noodles were thrown in the container and the sauce was very minimal and just seating on top. Even if it’s a pick up or delivery order I believe food should STILL look presentable. Eating out has become a luxury with prices going up and to get this type of service and food not living up to its price and restaurant name. I will not be tipping for that kind of service I rather have a home made meal for what I received.

Edited on June 18th. I went to this location recently and it was not good. There was a wait but the restaurant was half full. I decided to wait at the bar and the bartender ignored me for a better part of 10 minutes and then was rude that they had to serve me at all. This is very different than the review i left below over a year ago. *smh

We ordered the Italian salad and six breadsticks as a catering pick up item. The description said designed to serve six people. Absolutely pathetic. Came with lots of lettuce seven slices of tomatoes, five peppercorn peppers and two olives all for $22.99. Next time we’ll go to Costco and get their large Caesar salad instead.

It has been quite some time since my last visit to Olive Garden, likely around the start of 2021. At that time, I was quite disappointed with the standard of both the food and service. However, this time around, the experience was truly exceptional. The food was excellent, and the service was equally commendable. The ambiance, however, still appears somewhat outdated. Olive Garden may benefit from updating.

Dinner with Mom for lasagna, salad, tiramisu and more. I enjoyed the meal, but was a little disappointed with a few menu changes that removed a few of my favorites. I tried steak with fettuccine, but I like some of the old tour platters. Pumpkin cheesecake was very good. Service always seems good and attentive.
