Came here for a Valentine’s Day dinner. It was a last second 8pm reservation, which I’m so glad they had available. We secured a babysitter last second and were so glad that we chose this spot. Each table had roses in a vase, dimly lit, perfect atmosphere. My wife and I ate the surf and turf and the ravioli. It was absolutely some of the best food we’ve had. Our server was kind and took good care of us. The manager Freddy came to offer us a special chocolate-dipped strawberry bouquet they had set up for this special, loving day. The drinks-top notch. They have really created something special. Conversations just flow here. I am definitely coming back, but next time with more people to share this hidden gem.

Food was good, and the cocktails were quite delicious. We came out for date night. The patio was beautiful on a cool late summer night, and they had live music on a Wednesday! Miss Behaving was phenomenal and a lot of fun, we’ll be back!

A great local bar with decent food and prices.
My friends and I stopped here for the first time and it’s a nice setup for watching games and getting some great food.
Our waitress was amazing and made
suggestions.
We arrived on a very cold Sunday, early evening and were pretty close to being the only ones there.
I ate pan fried seared fish, witch was excellent, and a couple of my friends ordered the house meatloaf, which I was told was good, but did not come to the table hot. Both dishes had large amounts!
Before our dinners we ordered the Hush puppies. My family is from Virginia, we know hush puppies, so I was surprised how big these were when they came out, which was awesome, but on the downside they were left in the fryer to long, (probably due to the size, making sure they cooked all the way through), it dried them out horribly until you got to the middle.
Menu also offers gluten free options on some items.
This is a place I’d go back to if in the area.
Side note, parking can be a pain around here.

Walked in to WB’s patio for brunch on Saturday around noon. The breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos were phenomenal, and the potatoes they serve on the side may be the best I’ve had anywhere. We’ll be back – thank you!

Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. It was not crowded at all and we sat ourselves.

They do serve brunch items till 2 pm as well as American Fare Classics.

My wife had a Bloody Mary and upgraded to Tito’s for an extra 2.00. I had to try their Old Fashion which was just average in my opinion.

We had to ask the server for napkins, water and silverware .

My wife is gluten free and they did not have many options. She had the Steak Salad which was huge but they never asked how she wanted the steak cooked.

I had the Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese that came with Butterkase cheese which you normally do not see on a menu. I wish my sandwich had more cheese and was grilled longer. The meat made the bread soggy. I paid an extra 4.00 for their Honey Siracha Brussel Sprouts as a side. They were amazing.

They have a nice outdoor patio with entertainment on the weekends as well as a midweek Happy Hour from 3-6pm.

With over 100 whiskey options I will definitely go back but maybe for Happy Hour to take advantage of their food specials.

Food is not that great. I had the chicken pot pie, small bowl of chicken, peas, and carrots in a very light sauce with 2 little biscuits on top. Not even close to a real pot pie. Also the tomato bisque soup was ok but it was barely warm. My wife had baked French onion soup that she really didn’t like too much and it was also barely warm. Her salad was ok but hardly any dressing. We each had a glass of wine and a Diet Coke. Total cost was $85 plus a $20 tip. Kind of overpriced for food that was not very good. This was our first time there and probably our last. I don’t recommend Whiskey Bend.

Great food, good selection of bourbon whiskey and scotch. We got to try it’s the new blood oath ($30 pour) but they also had blantons, eh taylor, buffalo trace and eagle rare available to pour. It was to hot to be outside but the seating area looked great several private patio seating section which could fit 8-10 comfortably. Must try if in the area.

We were looking for a place we hadn’t been to for a couples night out and we kind of randomly chose this restaurant. Even though we were not whiskey drinkers, we had a very good experience.

The restaurant was a bit busy but our server was very friendly and attentive. They have a good selection of cocktails and a pretty good sized menu to choose from. The flatbread appetizers are great.

Overall had a great experience and would recommend if you’re in the St Charles area.
