I dont do reviews at all but this one set me off because whenever I come here there’s no baked potatoes? And it feels like a sin when its brought up or asked for beacause yall instantly seem mad and im always nice about it. Like going to McDonald’s and asking if the ice cream machine is working but it’s always down smh. And I’ve never had that issue at a wendys anywhere but this one. Always slow compared to other wendys in the area but again usually dont complain. this one is closest to home. Sorry when I work like yall and want wendys on a long day but yall give mad vibes for asking for a potato. I come through and ask for a hot potato my apologies and still messed up the order on other things. It’s wendys fast food bruh sorry for asking for again a simple potato apologies. Thought it was called fast food for a reason

Wait time was minimal, order was accurate but the food was freezing cold. To the point it was inedible without reheating it which can’t be done in the car. Tried calling them and phone just rings and rings and eventually you get a message that the mailbox hasn’t been set up.
Do better! We won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s when there are so many other options around.
$31 for two COLD burgers and fries is unreasonable especially when they don’t answer their phone to make it right.

Food could have been fresher. The fries were luke warm, so definately sitting under a heat lamp. Nuggets were okay, still barely fresh. Sandwich was okay as well.
What made me the most annoyed about this visit was that they overcharged me for my order. I get the biggie bags all the time with ONLY a large fry, not a large drink. I’ve ran into some people that don’t understand how to input this in their system. Please just ask a manager, thats the professional thing to do. The fry on here should not be large along with the combo, I’ve outlined where I was charged and have a picture of the lemonade I recieved. When I pulled up to the second window after being reassured it was correct when it wasn’t she asked me if I wanted a large lemonade or small. Me, being under the reassurance that everything was inputed correctly, I said yes. She handed me a small. I was CHARGED for a large lemonade. This was not transparent at all. If a customer is charged for it, just hand them the large regardless. Or correct the mistake right there.
Will not be visiting for a while again. If I come back next time I will be going inside to order so I can keep tabs on the pricing. I’ve worked in fast food before. If you are not trained to type an order in as told, make sure to learn, thank you.

Went through the drive thru, before we even got a chance to order got told to wait, waited 5 mins and said something and got told to wait again. Another few mins later finally started placing my order. She asked what I wanted to drink and I said I hadn’t ordered one and she proceeded to yell at me that she was just asking if I wanted one and what else do I want. Before I could even continue she yelled through the speaker again “what do you want?!”.. I understand being busy, I work fast food, but being rude there is no excuse. And yelling at customers? Just wow..

Floors were sticky, every table in the restaurant were dirty, no napkins, mens bathroom was disgusting according to my husband. Complained that the tables were dirty and I was handed some napkins to clean it off. We questioned whether or not we wanted to stay or not. A manager and 2 workers and no one cleaning the dining area and trash overflowing. I don’t think we will be coming back here. Manager didnt seem to care about the dirtiness. I said that is bad business. So the owner of the establishment must not care about his/her business either because they’ve never responded back on anyone’s reviews of their business. Wow

we got cold burgers, lukewarm fries, drinks aren’t full. nuggets were fine. speaker needs work as there’s a terrible echo and the employee is screaming in the other side.

inventory was a mess as well, they didn’t have several items we were hoping for.
had to put an animal to rest and just really wanted a good comfort meal. pls do better

Worst slow service ever. Was literally a this Wendy’s for over 1 hour start to finish. Workers work at a snails pace and I waited close to 30 minutes for my food after I placed my order. Ridiculous. Not to mention the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Mold and black stains everywhere in the men’s bathroom.

Placed mobile order. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window and no one ever came over. I went inside and no one came up front to even speak to me. I asked for a refund at this point and the lady had an attitude saying there’s only 3 people working. I’ve worked at Burger King as a teenager with the same amount of people and we moved food a lot a lot faster. There wasn’t even anybody else they were making food for….. The girl didn’t want to give me a refund. Another young man came over and said he can’t do a refund. I asked for someone who could and he said my general manager the following day. So we left with no food and no refund. Do not waste your time or money here. 0 stars. Whoever is the general manager, they need to get a new team. The tim horton that is attached has a line of people and the same employees and people were getting their food. I repeat do not go here. I will be disputing this charge. All three of the employees had poor attitudes….
