I’m from Minnesota and was traveling across the country when I ended up in North Carolina looking for a good place to eat. I stumbled upon Flaming Chinese Buffet, and honestly, it felt like finding a hidden gem!
The food was fresh, flavorful, and the variety was impressive. They even had my absolute favorites — oysters, shrimp soup, and plenty of delicious shrimp. Everything was well-prepared and constantly refreshed.
The staff were friendly and attentive, keeping the trays full and the dining area clean. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
For the price, the value is excellent. You definitely get more than what you pay for. I’ll absolutely be coming back whenever I’m in the area, and I highly recommend Flaming Chinese Buffet to anyone looking for great food and a great experience!

This restaurant deserves five stars. This is my second time. The first time I came with family members who live in the area. I’m from out of town, this time I’m with the same family members who love this place. Great for family. There’re so many kind of food, not just Asian, there’re Mexican and pizza as well. Even the picky eaters will find something. Varieties of sushi. and they will even make fresh stir fried for you with your choice of ingredients. The food is so fresh and delicious.

The sugar coated donuts you remember as a child, the chicken skewers, the jello section, hell they even had a chocolate fountain
Everyone was super polite and considerate, the food quality was great for the price and the sheer amount of selection was incredible
They have a make your own hibachi section, Pho bar, Sushi bar, Dessert, Seafood, Vegetable, Chinese and even fried plantains (one of my favorite tbh)
We ended up having around 2.5 plates and walked out of there violently full and eager to return with friends
9/10, will 100% be back with the squad

It was my first time visiting this place, and I liked the food. The variety of dishes was sufficient for a good meal.
However, I found the service somewhat unpleasant because a tall waitress blatantly demanded a tip and, in the end, never brought me my change.
This fundamentally upset me, so I approached her myself to remind her. She reluctantly handed me my change with a very unpleasant expression on her face. This left a bad impression, making it feel like tipping was my obligation rather than my personal choice.
There is a large parking lot and a hotel nearby. The location is very convenient, and there is a shopping plaza not far from here.
So, if you have time, you can stop by this place.

A solid four stars for my lunchtime buffet, Flaming was busy with a full parking lot and nearly every table occupied. Despite this, the steam tables were well stocked and tidy. There was a very nice selection of foods including sushi. My waitress refilled my drinks and cleared dirty dishes as needed.
I was able to put together a couple of plates of tasty stuff. I still don’t understand why people don’t use gloves to handle the tongs, but okay. Though in some cases the tong handles still end up in contact with the food. I avoided those.

I live 4hrs away. Searched Google for chinese buffet. I was not disappointed! The food is great and its a variety for all. Not sure about some of these bad reviews because its a CHINESE BUFFET what are your expectations. You will not be disappointed if you love chinese food. Bathrooms were very clean

This place is amazing and the food is even more amazing. They do have hibachi, but you have pick your protein(s)/ veggies and take them to the cooks to the left of the restaurant. If hibachi is not that import to you, it is a true buffett.
They are over the moon to serve and help you, you just have to ask if you get confused. No worries if there is a language barrier, they immediately find a teammate to help!
