I’ve been to this location many times, only because it’s the only McDonald’s location here. In the future, I’ll continue driving and visit another establishment in Olathe. This location is priced higher than any other area McDonald’s. Their order accuracy is not consistent. Their service inside the restaurant, (especially on the weekends) takes longer than a full service restaurant because they cater to door dash, Uber Eats and Drive Thru orders first. Today, I was asked to park because I was told they were waiting on fries, after they had already parked at least 3 vehicles before me for the same reason. When I refused, since I ONLY ordered a large fry, the window was slammed in my face, not once, but twice by two different people. I have parked for them before only to wait double or triple the amount of time it would have taken if I would have stayed at the window. I wasn’t given a receipt today, otherwise I would have let them know my complaint through their survey. Save your time and money and choose another location.

Had a crap day today and I ordered through DD for dinner. I had a request I couldn’t add in DD, so after I placed my order I called up there and made it. Dude not only understood the assignment, but he passed it with a 110%, and even sent a note. Just wanted to say that small act of kindness was awesome, and did actually really help turn my night around. Idk the guys name, but if you see this, you know who you are and you made a difference in how the rest of my night went, so thank you!
Also, side note, the people here generally are really nice, and it is very rare that there is ever an issue with my order, so all in all, its a pretty good one.

I went here, all be it with a rather ridiculous request. Have you ever seen the show “my strange addiction”? I’m the guy on there who really enjoyed eating drywall. I’ve been trying to do better. Not est as much drywall that is. But old habits die hard. So next best thing, moisten the dry wall, so that it’s not as dry. The sweet and sour sauce is the perfect consistency to moisten the drywall.
Long story short they had in stock the gallon jug of sweet and sour, and i bought it.

This location is good with stealing from drive three customers I got one slice of bacon broke in half for my 2.50$
If they do that with 10 customers that’s 12.5 they safes on product and pure profit
I run my own business so that being said
I could not and would not feel good about stealing from my customers but I guess this MC Donald’s is struggling and need extra the 10$ per sandwich is not enough ordering it myself is not enough maybe I need to fix it myself too for this business to thrive when I called I was told that I was going to have to come back
I truck for a lift g I had to park on the side of the rd to come get my food bc it’s not truck friendly so that’s a joke you have my card number refund me my bacon I asked nope can not do that unless I’m present

Messed up my entire order missing fries and burgers were not right either they were also char black and mysterious item on the burger not sure the reason for that and fries were cold and soggy

Went this morning to order two sausage English muffins I told the person over the telecom add cheese went to the destination I was supposed to go to. opened up my meal and literally they gave me an English muffin with cheese only so no sausage at all why would I pay three dollars for two English muffins three dollars each for me just to get the English muffin and the cheese that makes no sense.. The person who I spoke with when I called instead of being sympathetic, basically was justifying the situation and maybe that was something that I stated that confused a person

Staff was very quick and friendly. Food was sloppy had double cheeseburger only pickle. Got it made right but cheese wasn’t on the meat or even begining to melt bc burger was cold.

Plain means plain. Not drowning in ketchup and mustard. And definitely no pickles. Atleast they removed the onions I guess. Also Dr pepper and Coke are 2 different sodas with different logos. Ordered dr pepper and got coke. A little bit of paying attention goes along way. No wonder they’re replacing employees with self order kiosks. Now just to automate the food making process please and thank you. Update. Please replace your workers with bots. This location SUCKS at getting anything right
