Friday night I went to busy drive up for a to go order. We do love chick- fil-A. I picked up an order, chicken sandwich & crispy fries which is how we order/love fries. Usually one has to wait for well done fries but the wait for drive in was long. After I get home, the fries were done w/o being well done. I call in to complain, spoke to the manager and was advised she could not do anything except to say I could call someone else/ corporate to get a credit the next day. Really? We are only talking about $ 3.50 for the fries. The fries were ordered separately. Its not really about the money. Its about making it right.
The store manager on duty cant give out a 3.50 (approx.) Credit? I have to call corporate for a credit? Wake up management. People love chick-fil-A but poor CS can chip away at your popularity.
We will go down the street for our chicken sandwiches now.

I’ve noticed a real decline in this place. I used to visit quite often, but since it reopened, my experiences haven’t been great. The food quality has noticeably dropped, and the wait times for food have increased! It seems like my order is often incorrect, so please double-check your bag before you leave. The dining area needs to be cleaned more often, and the staff could be more helpful. There was a line of people trying to get condiments, drink refills, and possibly missing food items, but no one was assisting. The staff from the Southtowne location should really demonstrate how to manage things here!

Having people standing outside before being able to view the full menu with the prices and the things is pretty annoying. I feel rushed and unsure what I want to order. I pass up going here often because of that. If you’re going to have them stand clear out in the parking lot, ( even when it’s slow) you should have your bigger menu with prices placed out there.
Otherwise there’s no other reason to complain. Food and service is great.

We’ve been experiencing frequent issues with missing items on our drive-thru orders lately. Unfortunately, there’s rarely an apology, and we often have to go back inside or make an extra trip after already getting home. Today, we placed a delivery order that was apparently given to the wrong person, and the order was simply canceled. As a result, I waited only to end up with no breakfast. I also used rewards for part of the order and now have to wait several days to hopefully receive both the refund and the rewards back. Overall, the service at this location has been disappointing compared to other locations.

I have been to this location many times and today was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience. Chicken is not the deep golden brown that you want to see. Though it seems to be cooked through it sure went cold faster than I experienced in the past, waffle fries were cold coming out of the bag and were 1/2 full? I was the only one in the vehicle and didn’t notice till I was home. Definitely will be taking a break from this location and may not be back at all.

This place used to be hoppin! Fast, polite employees, “my pleasure” is that not a thing anymore or just this store. What happened to all the employees that were there before the renovation? Since this place reopened after the lengthy remodel they always seem to be training and it has been opened back up for several months. Not the same experience it once was. I’ll just go to the other chicken joint in the same shopping center.

This location has the worst service since they remodeled. They have gotten our order wrong every time. This is the second time they forgot one of our sandwiches. I had to drive all the way back. They also forgot our special edition cup. They gave us our missing items, but they gave us the wrong cup. I’m going to go to the South Town location from now on.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered online thinking I would be able to go in and get my food quick and not talk to anybody but that is not the case at all. I waited so long for my food then finally I asked someone and she went over to one of the managers with red or blondish hair and she wasn’t taking care of it and put it off as if it didnt matter. After that I went in line to ask about my order and i heard the same manager socializing with one of the co workers about non-work related things and it made me really upset.

We eat Chick-fil-a way too often, so this was bound to happen at some point..
We ordered two 12 count grilled nuggets and a kids nugget meal, and we only received 2 chick fil a sauces. My wife also found a gnarly hair in our daughters waffle fries.
Drive thru staff was friendly though. 1st world problems for sure.
