I love Louisburg Nutrition for so many reasons! I absolutely love their clean energy teas. Most energy drinks from the store make me feel funny after drinking , not here! I feel recharged with an amazing tasting drink. I love that with their drinks I’m getting a boost of energy but also so many other benefits. I am always greeted by name by the friendly staff. Also they are really in touch with local events. In visiting this nutrition shop flyers in store gave me the opportunity to sign up and participate in my first ever 5k! Any time I start my day with Louisburg Nutrition it is bound to be a good day! I love that it’s right here in Louisburg !!!

Everything I’ve tried has been so GOOD! The flavors are on point, and the drinks give a great boost of energy. Berenice and her staff are absolutely wonderful—so friendly and welcoming! They also offer a workout class on Tuesdays, which is a great way to stay active. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for something new to do in the area, this class is a perfect way to get moving. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Louisburg needed a healthy spot like this!! We popped in to grab a healthy snack for a dance competition we were in town for and this place was just what we needed! The Acai Bowl was spot on and so filling. Only knocking off a star because it looks like they are in the process of remodeling and dont have menus up on wall yet.

I like the teas but don’t really recommend the smoothies unfortunately. I would rate the smoothies a 2/10 based off of the mango smoothie.. can’t believe I payed $8 for that but at least the tea was $2 :/ very cute shop and great customer service though !

I love their energy teas and the staff is so friendly. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with smiles and they always make the effort to address me by name. It’s a little thing but it makes me feel valued.
