8:15 on a Monday. The parking lot is baren except for one lonely truck, a sign of what’s to come. Upon entering I believe that I spot the only patron besides myself sitting in a booth, I am wrong, it’s a server on their phone. I am greeted by the sound of a vacuum cleaner already preparing for a close even though there is over 3 hours till close. I sit alone at the bar. The ” bartender does offer a drink and menu but this is where any type of service ends. I eventually decide on 6 boneless ” wings “. I eventually recieve 6 pieces of 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch chicken squares over caked in a mystery batter with browned celery and dried white carrots. A attempt is made to be friendly with said bartender ” I bet you guys were packed for the game ” ( the following day was a Bears / Packers game … we are in Green Bay ). He responds ” what game? “. I assume he is joking but given his blank gaze I realize he is serious. I slowly say….. ” The Packers game “. He responds ” oh, I dont know. I didn’t work “. He walks off. Ive met autisticly challenged people who have more personality. After some time I am offered another beer and my check ( it’s 9:30 ). I tell Bo I mean… the bartender that I want finish the game that’s on. Beer is poured. A group of 6 are sat in the bar section. After a few minutes they are greeted like they are chickens ready for the mId day feeding. No upselling, no specials, no drinks offered… Just the absolute bear minimum grunts . I have one more beer and decide that as a customer I am a bother to this business, it’s obvious the bar is for display purposes only. I ask for my bill and he doesn’t even ask for my rewards number which is numero uno on the list for bartenders to do. Advice to corporate, I know it’s hard to find employees to work at a bar / restaurant that is only 1 block from Lambeau Field … but this location is a abomination. Everything here is terrible. The staff makes you feel so unwelcome it’s unbelievable. I would feel better walking the streets of Haiti at midnight during a uprising. Shut…it….down. Someone send this to Don Van Loon, he has the ability to actually make that happen.

Went with some friends and the kids for a B1G1 night, and our server, Jessica, was phenomenal. She was very attentive and often came to check on us for refills, when she saw our cups empty-ish. It wasnt too much, but just when we thought we needed something else, she was right there to serve. The food was absolutely wonderful. Great tasting, temp’d to taste. The only “not so great” thing I must say about this experience, are the bathrooms could definitely use some TLC. Outside of that, our visit was great. Thanks Jessica for your service tonight!

When you order a 30 pc boneless wings you can expect for your order to be missing 1/3 of the wings. You’ll maybe get 22. This isn’t the first bad experience with this location on Oneida. Finally decided that an honest review needs to be posted.

I had an online delivery order which does take time I understand. But I waited for 2 HOURS!! My delivery driver wasted 2 hours!! when he could’ve been doing other deliveries. I called the store, they said that they were packed and are running behind orders. I said okay and waited. When I got my food, one item wasn’t in the bag. I called again and again and AGAIN! 17 CALLS in total and NO ONE answered. I drove to the store and I see 4 workers at the front desk. I stood by the entrance and literally called the store number. As I was watching, NO ONE picked up the phone. They all stood there and chatted. I ended the call and stood there for a minute. NO ONE acknowledge or greeted me. I scanned the store, they DO NOT have a full house or is packed with customers. Plenty of tables were empty, plenty of parking spaces were open. And more than 5 workers in the kitchen that I saw. I asked for a refund which would take 3-5 days. So I asked them to just give me my item instead. I gave my complaint to the manager on duty and of course all he could do was say sorry. NO ONE showed sign of empathy. I wouldn’t have been this ANGRY and UPSET if they could’ve just picked up the phone when I called. I would’ve just had them make the item and I could’ve just picked it up later with no issues. I spent over $88!! The store have FAILED to acknowledge their customers. This store needs to train their employees about customer service. DO BETTER.

I’d leave zero stars for this dump of a place. Ordered on door dash 10 Asian zing wings and 6 honey bbq. Wings came full of feathers. Called and manager sent out our order again only to receive plain wings. With no sauce. 55$ worth of food wasted.

I’ve been waiting since 5:20 for my order, and it’s 5:46 and it’s still not ready. Terrible service because they just look at you and keep talking. If you’re looking for something quick to eat or ordering takeout, order at least 40 minutes in advance because the orders don’t come out even though the app says it’s ready.

Always 20-30 minutes late from when when the app says for to go orders. Just waited 15 minutes for a to go order before anyone said anything to me and an additional 7 minutes while they were checking on my food for it to have been done the whole time and sitting on a shelf “in the warming room” in the back. Frys definitely sat the 20+ minutes cold. Love the takeout option to not bring toddlers insid, but unfortunately will not be ordering to go from here anymore.

I arrived at BBW at 4:25pm and was seated right away, but it took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When a server finally came to the table, the first thing they said was, “What do you want?” We ordered water and iced tea and let them know we were ready to order.
Another 30 minutes went by with no drinks and no silverware. I eventually got up and went to the bar to ask for our water, iced tea, and to order a cocktail. The bartender was behind the bar, and I was the only person there. They looked at me, walked away without saying anything, and never returned. I sat there for about 10 minutes before giving up and going back to my table.
When I returned, our food had been brought out, but it was cold, and we still had no silverware. I asked my husband about his iced tea, and he told me the server had informed him they were out of it — but no one ever came to tell me that or offer an alternative.
After finishing our meal, we flagged down the server for the check and some boxes. To her credit, she brought those back within about 10 minutes. However, we then waited another 10 minutes for someone to pick up the payment. We eventually had to track her down again, and she told us she didn’t have a pen. We had to locate a pen ourselves just so we could pay and leave.
There were no signs of being short-staffed — each server had only about three tables, and the bartender had no customers at the bar when I approached. With such a small number of tables, this level of service felt unnecessary and avoidable.
I would have been much more understanding if the restaurant were busy, but there were only a few tables total. Unfortunately, the experience reflects what feels like a decline in service standards lately. If you’re considering visiting this establishment, you may have better luck going somewhere else. Chain restaurants are a waste of time and money.

Arrived at 6 pm and after 2 hours of waiting the order was still not ready. Sat at our table for 30 min before getting our first drink and 1 hour before receiving an appetizer. Got up and left and to never to return. Been to Buffalo wild Wings all over the country and have never seen this bad of service. Basically, the employees don’t give a rip if they serve you or not. Bartender was a rookie with no bartender knowledge. Pretty sorry that this location is right outside of the Packer stadium.

We waited an hour for our food. During the hour, our server never came to check on us or apologize for the food taking so long, if she had came to apologize, it would’ve been greatly appreciated. There was also a big crowd of takeout orders AFTER we had been seated, aswell and other customers waiting 30+ minutes for their food. After our one hour mark we decided to pay for our fountain drinks and walked out. Don’t come here and waste your time..
