I have never seen a Chipotle restaurant that look like it was in a war zone. This location needs a serious refresh, the inside structure should not be showing rust all over the place. The lighting is dim and the counter looks like a mess. I would hate to see the condition of the kitchen. But with all that said, my burrito was made pretty good.

Chipotle is really good. Used to be affordable. Not any more. They’re really stingy with portions too. Last time I ate there, I asked for a little extra meat and guacamole in my burrito bowl. The price was $24.00 with no drink. Makes me think that the employees are thieves. That’s completely unaffordable and unacceptable. I should have just walked out. No wonder their parking lot is mostly empty anymore. I hear that other locations are much better. This Chipotle has really gotten bad.

Three times in a row I ordered delivery. All three times they messed up the order. This time I ordered chicken tacos with a bunch of toppings. Received my order via delivery with only chicken and cheese. Contacted chipotle customer support. They offered me free guac on my next order. Free guac? I already paid for the guac that they didn’t put on my tacos. Last time I ordered delivery, I ordered 6 soft tacos and when I received my order they only brought me 2 tacos. Almost $60 dollars for 2 tacos. I took the order back to the store and they said they were unable to give me a refund because it was a delivery order. I was so frustrated that I left the 2 tacos with them and got nothing. I’m done with chipotle especially this location.

I come here at least 3 times a month. The last couple times they dont want to put what you ask for even if you offer to pay. I only get meat and the sides. When you ask for extra sour cream they will give you half spoons so they ca say they gave you extra. Guess its time to find a different favorite lunch spot

I know chipotle has to be strict in its portion sizes. This has never been new. However I believe that the training provided to these employees do not entail what 4 ounces are.
Three times today I had to tell the staff on the line to give me double because what they gave it only didn’t meet 4 ounces, but couldn’t even mask the rest of the meal. It’s not much of a bother to pay for the extra food at times, but it’s only to offset how horrible the portions are. Then here’s the kicker, they’ll overload your portion once you ask for double.
So we are scared to give the regular amount, but heavy handed once a customer says they’ll pay double.
Not just the meat, but on the guac also.
This isn’t the lines fault, they’re listening to one person shout expectations down the line. But it would be great to see you all on the same page. Just give me the full amount of food. I’ll pay for it. It’s why I came inside!

Portions, get smaller and smaller, they always shake the spoon and only give you half, and then they want to argue, I don’t care if they throw it in the trash they did that to me. I just walked out this has happened. The last few times I’ve been to this location. You’re literally wasting your money. I will drive.

We love Chipotle. The food is always so fresh and tasty! I get the chicken bowl and the wife gets a kids meal. Really can’t go wrong with anything here.

The Servers are stingy with food, unless it an order to go. I have watch. There new drinks are excellent. Pomegranate is my favorite mix with turmeric.

This is one of the worst Chipotles ive ever been too. Its dirty, the staff are rude, when you ask for anything extra they give you have a scoop. If you want extra cheese they will grab a literal pinch of 4 individual shreds and add it to the bowl. Not an exaggeration. The building and the parking lot are falling apart. I cant wait until the new 291 location opens. I will never return here.
