Excellent place. Telephoning to book took four attempts and leaving a voice message didn’t help once I did get through the main telephone menu of options.
We were placed next to a big table with a dozen noisy people who were celebrating something. So our table server kindly moved us to a quieter table in an area that had already been closed off.
The menu has some very tasty vegetarian options.
The steak menu is varied – and excellent. We had two wagyou and one ribeye aged for 30 days.
Each came with a salad starter and side dish. And all three had options of sauces to put on top – with a menu laid out simply to make it easy to order, even for people reading English as a second language.
The dessert options were top and the combo desert/drink option was a bargain.
Actually the alla carta menu looks a bit pricey but the combined menus are a relative bargain for such a posh place. Some good wine choices too, fairly priced. Some major thought has gone into constructing this menu so an applause to the people behind the scenes.
Food was great, our table servers were excellent. The ambience was perfect, posh but they made you feel at home.

It was my daughter’s 21st birthday and apparently we had the best table in the house! There were 11 of us. A big thank you to Ellis Chick (Front of House) and Patrick our waiter for really looking after us. We were greeted warmly, food was great. Some couldn’t finish their mains as the starters were really filling. I mean that’s a meal in itself! I don’t very often eat steak, burgers mainly when it comes to red meat, but last night was a special occasion and I really enjoyed my 10oz fillet (with Triple-Cooked Chips). Going back to the staff, Patrick was the most professional and polite waiter I’ve ever had, essential for a high-quality dining experience. Nothing was a problem. And Ellis was superb. He’s got a big smile and a big heart and just loves entertaining! Even though we’d brought our own specially made cup cakes to have after my daughter still got a free dessert! Nice touch guys. Be back soon.

Lovely meal and and great surroundings. Usual miller and carter menu cooked to perfection! Not sure if they were understaffed but service was very slow. Table booked for 18:45 and still waiting for desserts at 21:05! Other than that very nice!

This was my first time to a Miller & Carter’s Steakhouse, and I will definitely be back. My wife booked us a dinner reservation for my birthday. Right from the start Ty looked after us, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Ty was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations that did not disappoint. Ty is an asset and credit to the team at Miller & Carter, the words star player comes to mind.
The food was incredible for flavour and texture. The portion size is perfect! Credit to the chefs for preparing me such a delicious steak. Leah tagged in to help us with our deserts again a friendly person who was more than happy to find a way to get us a small desert.
My only complaint is not having enough space to try more of the menu, I will certainly be back and hope to see Ty and Leah again

Bart was an amazing server. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The food was tasty flavored well and tender. I got the cod plate with kabocha and potato’s. Also the mini dessert drink was a perfect ending to our meal. If you visit this place you must try the salted Carmel profiteroles. We will be back!!! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Absolutely wonderful evening meal. Service was truly amazing- they even provided an additional dessert to help us celebrate a recent promotion. Food was cooked to perfection. Could not fault. Would give lots more stars if possible. Well done team!

Went for boyfriends Birthday yesterday and despite telling them on booking form and in person they didn’t do anything special for it as I have seen they usually do like a note on the desert plate etc.
We had the Côte de boef cooked as recommended but was a bit overdone for our liking.
Wasn’t as impressed as I have been with their food in the past tbh. I was a bit disappointed.

Had an amazing night solo dining at miller & carter this evening , my waiter Ester did an amazing job making my time special and was very attentive. The food was outstanding as always but customer service off the roof. Looking forward to my next dine in. Thank you (note to self 16oz ribeye is a steak big enough for 2)
