Asked the front old lady in the drive threw if she can please put more whip cream on it and she decided to tell me this is how much they put in every medium then went back and instead of going to the back and grabbing another one mind u i worked at mc d when i was 15-17 years old lady has the audacity to come back and be ironic about the amount she didnt put on and said u want more? Very bad manners for an old lady at her age over some whip cream do ur employees get payed enough for putting less or more on the drinks or food?

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the manager’s behavior. For absolutely no reason, the manager called me “dumb,” which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
The manager is an older lady with white hair, and after reading other reviews for this location, it’s clear that many customers are specifically complaining about her behavior as well. This seems to be an ongoing issue, not just a one-time situation.
A manager should set an example of professionalism and respect, but instead she showed a complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. This type of attitude is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position.
I truly hope corporate management takes this seriously, because customers should never be treated this way.

Luis with the tattoos is very dry and non-welcoming to the customers, i felt as I was a bother. It not my fault that he woke up with an attitude today. He should have a cup of McDonald’s excellent coffee.

The 2.99 ten piece nugget special is a win win. Nuggets are life. Mcdonald’s has the best nuggets. I’ll eat McDonald’s morning, afternoon, and night. If anyone wants to have a nugget party, I am so down!

Love that the fountain drink machine is outside for the customer. Sometimes I want a few sips of coke before I fill up with diet. Very clean place and great food. Employees are always friendly
