Earlier today I came in to get some food for my family and I. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for myself and the service I experienced here was baffling. I was waiting there for OVER 15 MINUTES FOR A SANDWICH. I have had no problems with this establishment up until now. There have been many friendly employees I have met but this was genuinely shocking to me. I asked someone close by what is taking so long and an employee said that they were waiting on the spicy chicken sandwiches. Around 10 more minutes go by and my daughter is texting me what is taking so long and it became very annoying very quickly. A young lady I believe her name was Halee, told me that they were still waiting on the sandwiches. Right off the bat she had a very nasty attitude towards me and I watched her walk away and roll her eyes. I tried to get her attention and she blatantly ignored me. I have never received this kind of mis-treatment from an employee before. I FINALLY got my food and left. I opened the food in the car and my food was COLD. I was so disappointed. Definitely will not come back to this Chick Fil A

This was a very disappointing experience and likely my last visit to this Chick-fil-A location at 4239 Winterville Pkwy, Winterville, NC 28590. I ordered three Chicken Deluxe meals, and the quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The food was served cold, the bread was stale, the chicken was undercooked in the center, and the sandwiches were noticeably smaller than usual. On top of that, they barely included any sauce. It really felt like the order was rushed and carelessly prepared. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for their consistency and quality, but this visit was a major letdown.

They were very busy and the drive thru lanes were backed up, so I went to the counter inside. I quickly ordered and served in a short amount of time. Manager and employees couldn’t have been nicer.

Food was good, but I got the 5 pc grilled chicken bites and one of them was TINY. If they weren’t SO busy and the traffic wasn’t so bad, I would’ve gone back and complained.

Went today around 4 and had a pick up order at first the kid taking my first off couldn’t even find my pick up order then i proceeded to tell him what I have (very simple) a small fry and a sweet tea, told us he’d go personally tell them my order after showing him my order on my phone and then we go around and they give me a completely different drink and personally the order was too simple to mess up I just believe if kids are gonna be working there it need to be a little more organized because it is someone else’s money your dealing with and people want what they pay for big or small it’s the way it is.

During my visit, I observed behavior that made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about children’s safety. An adult male was repeatedly touching children in ways that did not appear appropriate, including physical contact that went beyond what seemed necessary or welcome.
