I’ve been to dinner twice with my husband, and both times we’ve had terrible experiences with two waitresses. The first time, one of them said my husband was disrespectful to her (which clearly wasn’t the case because I was there, and I didn’t notice any disrespect toward her or any of the waitresses). She obviously said it in a super rude way. The second time, the same waitress was supposed to serve us, but she refused to serve us and switched us with another waitress (this was said by the waitress who served us). But I don’t know what they said to each other, but the lady gave us very poor service. I called her twice to bring us something, and she ignored me. Then my husband called her again to bring us a drink. She said yes, but 20 minutes passed and the drink never arrived. My husband called her out and asked why she wasn’t serving us properly, and she said we were being disrespectful to her, and she even went so far as to mention our children, which she shouldn’t be doing. It wasn’t even relevant; she was extremely rude and forward. Unfortunately, we had the worst experience. Their food is delicious, but when it comes to their service staff, they should be much more discerning and pay attention to the kind of people they are hiring,

This is by far the best Las Fajitas in NWA. Their menue is fantastic. Most important to me is that they have a great chips and salsa. The mild is good and the hot is spicy enough for pepper fanatics. They even have a Diablo sauce. On too of all that they have the best bar. My favorite place for a michelada!

Food was decent, clean establishment, but service was slow. We needed itemized bills for business purposes and that seemed to throw them off. They aren’t set up to offer itemized bills sadly. Food was authentic!

The California burrito with carnitas inside are good. The margaritas are nice & strong. The frozen ones are blended very well, no ice chunks.
The atmosphere is lacking, & the prices have really increased. The service is friendly, but not as attentive as they should be.

The options they give you to tip starts at 20% and gos up from there. Little greedy don’t you think? Food was okay but the service wasn’t even that good to demand 20%. Standard tipping average is 10-15% start there and let people decide what they want to tip. Tipping is getting out of hand.

Y’all this place was absolutely amazing. Our server was awesome. We are not from here so to find such a Gem we are very happy. Thank you Julius for such great service. And yes this gringa asked you why you said Chorizo like that… jajaja. Also thank you for the new cheese dip. It’s just cheese dip with corn. Like literally just corn with cheese. . You’re the best. There was nothing slow about this place. As soon as we were seated our server was asking us what we wanted to drink. This restaurant has the worst customer service and quality. I highly recommend not wasting your money. Every to-go order has been missing either a main part of the meal or the entire dish. Tonight we ordered fajitas and only received salsa and a side of queso. When the restaurant was contacted the employee I spoke with stated they only saw queso on the order, even though the order was placed and confirmed via DoorDash. It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone, the line is constantly busy.

My husband ordered two burritos and a taco salad. He asked for beans and rice and white cheese sauce. He received only the burritos. He went back and asked them for his beans and white sauce and he was told they were out. Now we received 2 burritos and a taco salad and the bull was 50 dollars. I opened my taco salad and the hamburger meat was raw. This will be my last visit at this restaurant. I have a picture of the pink hamburger meat but don’t see a place to post it
