Placed an order. The driver apparently got lost. The location didn’t answer their phone after several phone calls. They only answered if I pressed 3 to place a new order. After I finally spoke to someone, they were extremely rude and offered a refund or I could wait over an hour for them to try again. Then after I said refund, they just hung up. It had been a while since we ordered from here. And will likely never try again.

This location is a joke. I ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago and was originally told that my order would be at my location 60 minutes ago. When I called to see what the issue was, they had cancelled my order due to an address issue. They didn’t inform me – I had to call them. The manager offered to have the pizza sent out at no cost. The manager, Tyler, stated it would be to my address in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call and ask where the food is and he states that door dash driver just got to his location and they are at the mercy of door dash so he doesn’t know when it will be to my address. As I express my frustration, he tells me he is voiding my order and to call HR to complain. Well done Tyler! Take no accountability for your mistakes or for your errors in timing. Tyler sucks! Go elsewhere!

Welp, just saw the past reviews and something changed. I ordered Domino’s the other day and for almost $40 I had soggy wings and a sloppy pizza that tasted mushy in most bites. It was trash. I decided on Pappa Johns this time. I know they usually cost more but this time I got more than I paid for. The pizza was excellent. Cooked perfectly. Staff was nice and attentive, and to top it all off, this pizza box weighed more than my 5 topping pizza and soggy wings combined from Domino’s.

I can’t speak for previous peoples experiences but it seems like some changes were made and the new night staff is lovely!! I ordered the Xl New York style with pep, watched too many Dave Portnoy shorts I guess
Pizza is excellent. I’d give it like a Portnoy rating of a solid 7.7 but it was a for 10 me

So, I ordered a 80$ worth of food and its supposed to be delivered 45 minutes to and hour and fifteen are order never came to as when I called a store and they told me they cant find my apartment when closing manager offer a free pizza and a Wing and I accept it on the and it took additional 2-3 hours for order to come pizza was cold same as wings I gave them a grase and worked with the situation. And today I decided to order that free pizza and GM WAS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE HE BESIICLY TOLD AS THAT WE LYING AND HANG UP ON ME TWICE! SO THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO A HIGHER MANAGEMENT AND CONSIDERING TO FIRE THAT GENERAL MANAGER.

The last few times I have ordered from this location have been quite lackluster and flavorless. This one was an 18$ pizza that had virtually zero steak. The other pizza on the order had little to no cheese.
There’s only ever one person there and quality has gotten so bad. Used to be so much better when Payton owned the location and John actually represented the chain… Garlic Jim’s it is!

Can’t tell you how bad this experience was with papa John’s. We ordered 24 hours in advance expecting our order to be here on time since they’d have time to plan. I get a text a couple minutes after it’s supposed to be delivered saying it will be here in an 45 minutes, and being delivered by door dash. The only reason we ordered from papa John’s is because they have always had their own delivery team which means it is more likely to be hot when it gets here. Door dash is terrible, incredibly slow, late, and always the food is cold. So apparently papa John’s has switched to door dash, would highly recommend avoiding the for all delivery in the future because of this. Anyway, I tried calling the store to check and see if there was anything to do, they hung up on me three times and then just never answered and let it ring the next two times. I literally called the store five times and never could talk to anyone. Finally our pizza got here 45 minutes late, it was cold. Couldn’t complain or talk to anyone about it. Such a terrible experience. I will never order from papa John’s again despite being a long time customer. Btw this was a $160 order. Don’t do business with this chain they have fallen very far.
