Food was very mediocre. And it took such a long time to bring our food , even though it was not a busy time.

Loved the wings! Got traditional wings and decided to split my sauces and went with the Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing, both sauces were delicious. My husband got boneless wings and chose to split between the Caribbean Jerk and Wild wing sauce, very bold flavors but tasted great and he was able to add salt and vinegar seasoning to his fries which elevated the taste! They also have lunch specials! Our server told us they include a side and a drink, so we chose those meals, they saved us money, and then he gave us a lunch punch card and after five lunch meals we get our sixth for free! Our server was kind and attentive, the atmosphere was friendly and fun and the store is very nice!

We had the pleasure of having Nai as our waitress and she was very energetic, knowledgeable and very friendly. She kept our drinks filled and brought out of food in a timely manor. We will be back! The food was delicious! I ordered the street tacos with onion rings and the flavor was perfect!

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants. Since it has opened in Murray, I have visited it on multiple occasions. I have always received great service, great food, and the restaurant maintains a clean environment which is huge for me. I dined in today and Nai was my server. She was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This strengthens my opinion on why I love this restaurant! Thanks BWW and thank you Nai!

I had the 3 piece spicy chicken dippers with a side of mac and cheese and a blue watermelon cooler. Chicken was juicy and just the right amount of spice, mac and cheese was great and I will definitely be ordering more of those cocktails. My husband ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries and fell in love with that burger, it was very juicy and cooked just right. Also he’d the mozzarella sticks and they were good too. Our server, Emily, was fantastic very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I have been to a few wild wings over the years and the food quality has tanked in my opinion. I will say that this time it was absolutely horrible! I had a buffalo chicken wrap that had almost no chicken inside it. The wrap consisted of a dry thick extra large tortilla and some lettuce. The few pieces of chicken inside it consisted of mostly breading. The french fries were ice cold, and hard as a rock. For a newer restaurant, I expected the service to be better. I watched one of the bartenders literally throw a receipt at a customer that he had an argument with, after he was extremely rude to her group. She proceeded to toss a pen on to the floor in return . Didn’t blame her at all! The way she was treated by any employee was completely unacceptable. Not a very fun atmosphere and considering the poor quality of the food, we will not be returning. It’s a shame because we had high hopes.

We gave Murray’s Bdub a try tonight. The service was great. The music was pretty loud and it was hard to hear. The entrees came out cold. The cookie for the skillet dessert came out warm at least. We will give it a few weeks and try it again.

We showed up tonight to a half full restaurant. Waited at the host stand for 3-4 minutes to be awkwardly greeted by an employee that told us the restaurant is in a “hold status” and they won’t seat anyone for 30 minutes due to incorrectly managing the schedule. 1st world problem for sure, just keeps happening at this establishment.

For a new restaurant I expected an enthusiastic wait staff. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar and eventually had to ask for a glass of water. The lady brought my glass of water and never offered to take an order, then walked away. After another few minutes a young man came by and asked me if I wanted to order. I placed my order and after it was brought out no one else spoke to me, so I had to wave a card around to get checked out. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings but I hope the wait staff receives better training.
