Must have hit a bad day. Oriental Chicken salad looks like a slaw salad. They tried to fix it made it worse. Asked Assistant manager to have Store manager and District manager call and neither did. Filled out receipt survey and never heard back. Supposedly there’s a new manager but who would know! Food is still the Same, Service was better, The person Claiming to be the Assistant manager acted like they were interrupted from something more important.

Amazing time.
Our dear difficult friend would not order anything and would not drink any water but the wonderful Kasey single handedly stopped our friend from dying of dehydration.Was very attentive and kept the water refills coming! Heaven knows our friend would not drink water on her own but Kasey’s concern was real and moving and then a miracle happened, several sips of water were had ! We hope to see this level of service from all who work here! 10/10 will be coming back.

TANYA is the best best server ever! She is professional and personable and always knows our order. TANYA gives the restaurant a hometown feel and treats customers like family! The FRIES ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! But that’s ok.. TANYA lets us substitute!!! THANK YOU TANYA!!!

Want to start by saying the hostess McKenzie was absolutely wonderful. The people that walked through the door before us were less than pleasant. She handled it with Grace and professionalism. Our server Brandon had a full house and ran himself ragged to make sure he was keeping up and keeping everybody happy.

Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly, and she checked in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell Tanya truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. She turned a regular night out into a great experience. If you’re dining here, do yourself a favor and ask for Tanya — she’s the best! ️

Is tiny, oily, green chicken the new Applebee’s standard?
I’ve eaten at this location many times—it’s usually just okay. But this time, I went home hungry. I ordered the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders, and what I got was sad: tiny, dry, oily breaded scraps with almost no chicken inside. They looked nothing like the photo on the menu.
A kind waitress admitted that’s all they had tonight for chicken tenders and removed it from my bill. Fair enough—I’d already lost my appetite. What pushed me to write this review was the blonde manager who came over insisting this was “the industry standard.” The picture on the menu said otherwise. We’re young, not clueless. She dismissed our concerns, acted annoyed, and begrudgingly offered dessert I definitely didn’t want.
Listening around the room, ours wasn’t the only meal being sent back. I feel bad for the staff working under management like this.

My husband and I had dinner and our server Tanya was AMAZING!!!!!! She refilled our drinks without us asking and came by several times to make sure everything was ok and we were good. Tanya is THE BEST server we have ever had anywhere. She always has a smile on her face and that makes for a delightful experience. We will definitely be back not only for the food but definitely to see Tanya!!!!!

Kasey was great with us. Even though we didn’t have alcoholic drinks, she could tell that we were going to be a handful for her. Good thing that we were in the bar area and not with the families!
She stayed professional the whole time, went along with our humor, and was able to make our time so enjoyable and respectful of the other patrons.
She is definitely a keeper.
