After placing my order online through their app. Getting to the restaurant I was told they Don’t accept mobile orders after 8pm. After explaining the app let me order and I had already paid I was told “we don’t control the portal so you’ll have to get a refund through them” . So I ended up having to pay twice in one night and now have to wait 7 days for a refund on my original order.

This happened on Thursday. I placed a mobile breakfast order about 10–15 minutes before breakfast ended and walked over to pick it up. When I got there, I waited around 8 minutes before anyone even helped me – and during that time, they helped someone who came in after me. When the cashier finally checked, she went to the back for several minutes just to come back and tell me they “aren’t doing breakfast anymore.”
I explained that I ordered before breakfast ended, so it should’ve been made or at least set aside, but she just said it was canceled and that I’d get a refund – no apology or explanation. Even another customer said that was crazy.
To make it worse, when I checked my phone later, they hadn’t even canceled the order, so I had to cancel it myself in the app to get refunded. Just really unprofessional and disappointing service overall.

We ordered inside since the drive thru line was so long. We ended up waiting way longer than if we would of just went through the drive thru. We spent $30 and some change for breakfast that we ordered through the kiosk. We weren’t greeted when we entered the location. After about 20 minutes our order was called. The cashier just left the food on the counter and walked away. My husband stood there for a few minutes so he can could ask for condiments. He had to say excuse me to get their attention. Once we got our condiments we went to the car and began to unpack our items. We were only given one fork when we ordered two platters, a sandwich combo and the two breakfast sandwiches they have on special. So my child was left to eat with his fingers!

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE, just ordered a Double Big Mac and some fries tonight, and once I got home after eating salty icicles i immediately discovered the lettuce was rotten and shriveled on the burger if you could even call it that, and the patties looked like they were made of rubber and probably dropped on the floor as the people who work there truly could not care less. This is what their manager and employees take pride in? This is disgusting, I got food poisoning just looking at this. Do better, this is horrible and disrespectful.

Food and staff were good. On time 80% accurate. This place used to be full, friendly and lively with a kids playground, just like the MC Donald’s we grew up with. Now it’s like checking in at a hotel. But still stopped by for one last time.

Night crew must be on top of their game compared to other reviews. Cuz I came here after a night at fiesta village and all my food was fresh and hot. Even the burger patties were hot. Was honestly surprised all my food was so fresh. One of the best ones I’ve been to. Better than Moreno Valley ones
