I had a great time at apple bees. They helped me find a spot to sit as soon as I walked in and the atmosphere is very friendly. All the food came out very hot and is delcious. My waitress Britney P did a very good job. Highly recommended checking them out.

Our waitress was great, very nice, kept up with our drink refills and checking up on us. When our food came, I ordered a medium rare ribeye with mushrooms and onions on top. My steak was well done and no mushrooms and onions. She did offer to take it back but I usually decline offers like that. I told her that my kids would more than likely eat it. She said she would go get the mushrooms/onions however they did not come out till everyone at the table was just about done eating. Manager did give us $16 discount. Probably won’t go out of our way to eat at this particular Applebee’s again. But again the waitress was great!

Came to Applebee’s at 7 pm on a Sunday. Asked for a speciality drink from their marketing campaign. They said sorry we dont have any gin, the key ingredient in thier speciality drinks. Then my date asked for a Cosmo. The bartender had no idea what that was. I asked what else we needed to know. The bartender said we are out of mashed potatoes.

We could tell that our waitress was trying, but the food took over an hour and came out wrong. My wife’s meal was cold. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, and I got the fiesta lime chicken breast with bourbon street shrimp. We ordered a whole lotta bacon burger to go, after we paid they told us they were out of bacon. When the hamburger arrived, luckily we looked, there wasn’t any fries. We over heard other people were getting the wrong food also. All we could do was laugh.

My wife and I brought our daughter here for her 7th birthday. Our waitress was great and extremely helpful. My wife asked her if they did anything special for birthdays, she told us they did. She later brought out a piece of cake and some ice cream and stated that “I’m so sorry none of my coworkers want to sing happy birthday”. My daughter was a little upset.

This Applebee’s is absolutely aweful. We ordered a long Island ice tea it came back looking like pee water. Ordered steak medium rare, came back tough and dry. Coleslaw no taste in some watery substance. Manager was aweful also.

All i can say is wow!! Bj this is for u. I honestly dont think i have ever encountered a manager anywhere that was as awesome as him. He went out of his way to make sure i was taken care of. I honestly believe that the people who work there are very close and have eachothers back to make sure people like me walk out with a smile. Thanks BJ u are awesome!! Oh yeah dont forget they have one hell of a bartender

This place has pretty good food although my burger was greasy and fell apart really easily our waiter was really nice but he forgot ours and even other people’s silverware and napkins and it wasn’t even busy which I found weird. Also my seat was so broken that I had to sit on it weird so I didn’t fall through…. the alcohol was pretty good tho they have pretty good margaritas and cocktails but it’s really depressing vibe at the bar even during busy hours.
