I would definitely give this place zero if I could. My grandson wanted to have his Birthday dinner here. Well we (party of 8) went here for his dinner . Big mistake , as it seems that our server had been having a rough day. She was very unorganized and seem to forget our every need . She brought out bread but no individual plates to serve it on. We had to ask for eating utensils. The wait was excessive for our food ,which was bland and tasteless. While eating we hear the crew singing Happy Birthday to another customer. So since we mentioned to our server and several other employees that it was my grandson’s 8th birthday, we were sure they would sing to him as well. So we waited to know avail. So at this point we asked our server would it be possible for them to sing to him and she reluctantly said (OK) then disappeared into the back . She came back 15-20 min later and said everyone was busy, gave him a scoop of plain vanilla ice-cream and disappeared again . Upon leaving the restaurant we noticed about five tables with people waiting to be served and otherwise an empty restaurant. This infuriated me but it was a done deal by then. I would never return to this place for any meal. I would not recommend it to anyone I know or who would listen. If you go here you will more than likely be disappointed. Also check out the rating that I found on the wall on the way out of the restaurant

Amber, Amber, Amber! She provided a level of customer service that I have not experienced in a very long time. Her attentiveness and ability to prepare the best drink based on my taste buds was top tear. The food was amazing as well and the guy who brought my food was very kind. I really could go on and on about my service as well as the food and drinks. I look forward to visiting again very soon.

Went on Valentine’s Day with my friends. Service is 5 stars because of manager “Fish”. My server Kiersten, Kristen…don’t really remember her name, was terrible and complained about how many hours she had worked and wasn’t helpful when I had an issue with my food. “Fish” swooped right in and saved the day! She was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

We came in for a quick date night away from the kids on Veterans Day. We normally frequent Texas Roadhouse for our steak because it’s much closer to us, but we came here on this occasion. I’m glad we did! They used to over season the steaks but apparently they’ve fixed that issue. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare) and very tender. We were both very happy with our meals. We’ll be coming back soon.

My husband, my grandmother, and I visited tonight. Our food was very good. We had blooming onion as an app. It was a really good price. Overall, it felt like they weren’t as expensive since the last time we visited. Big thanks to our server for being awesome and attentive.

Horrible service, told them it was a party of 8 for my 8 year old grandson Birthday and waited for them to sing Happy Birthday but noone ever came so we finally asked abd waiter said couldnt come because staff was busy but just heard them singing to another guest! Food wasn’t that great and waiter wasn’t the best either my grandson left very unhappy and said all I get is a plan icecream instead of them singing this hurt him so never again will I come back and I advise you all to be aware as well.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Everything started out great with our server. It took however over an hr for our food to even come out. When it did, every single entree was lukewarm. Eight people sent their food back, which was ridiculous. The manager was sent over and could care less. He did not offer an apology at all. Usually managers will say they are sorry for what happened. This uncaring manager said, what do u want me to do?” “Do you want me to reheat it or do you want you money back”. I even ran into another guest in the restroom who was complaining about the wait time for his food. We had a wonderful day in Tuscaloosa but this spoiled our family trip. Manager needs more training in customer service! Food looked good but cold!!! Cold manager as well.

This is my second time here since about 10 years ago. I didn’t like it then and I don’t like it now. The overall atmosphere and customer culture is horrible. We came in for a celebration with a party of 12. We waited over an hour for seating. After waiting so long, per the host, because I asked him why he sat us differently and put tables together for a large party that came in after us, the manager decided to sit us in 3 different tables not even close enough to hold a conversation or see each other. When I asked the host about it he was so unapologetic, unsympathetic, and really just plain rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
