I call this my mystery Taco Bell!!! It’s always a surprise what you are going to get. Order a taco and you could receive a burrito. Soft shell tacos mysteriously turn into hard chalupas or cheesy roll ups. Take my advise, just order inside and check your bag!.. on the upside, I’ve never gotten sick, so thats a win!

Worst service from any taco bell I use to eat here alot but now when you go the tacos look like this and the managers try to act like there’s nothing they can do and then when calling they kept hanging up and apparently I was talking to a manager I ordered a taco party pack that’s $18 and they all look like this. This is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.THE NIGHT SHIFT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

Worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Waited in line for 33 minutes in the drive thru from speaker to paying. Another 4 mins for my food after paying. Girl at the window said they were “slammed”. However there were only 4 people inside the entire restaurant, trust me I had plenty of time to count. And none of them even ordering food… making matters worse i saw 3 employees just standing around. I’m furious!! My daughter will now miss her practice because i was literally trapped in this drive thru hell for 37 mins of my life I will never get back. Oh and of course not a single napkin in the bag… I can see how there prob wasn’t any time for them to do that, them being “so slammed” and all. I sincerely hope that the manager and owner read these because this business will be out of business soon with this kind of disregard for their customers.

Ordered food on our mobile app 20 minutes before arriving, said it was done 15 minutes before getting there. Show up and the woman walks away from the register. 4 workers in the back and one woman asks if we’ve been helped. Tell her we’re there for pickup then get ignored another ten minutes until we finally realized our bag and drinks have been sitting on a counter in the back the whole time and had to yell for someone to give it to us. Absolutely awful and the worst part is they were all grown adults. In desperate need of better employees. Will not be back.

Only issue I have IS THE LONG LINE IN THE DRIVE THRU every time I go. Only suggestion is maybe they get a better mic in the drive thru. Foods great i always seem to go right before shift change food has never been an issue here and it is right down the street from were i live.
