Disgusting! Wings were chewy! Undercooked! Ordered from Uber eats and they tried not to give me my money back but that quickly changed when I showed them how chewy it was on the inside. And my order was wrong! The wing experience was just “Smokey Bones” so I won’t be eating there either!

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! If you order take out from them on Uber east they totally ignore what you say! I ordered 2 different flavored wings. The wings came plain & DRY the sauce was on the side in a container like the ranch is! If I wanted dry wings to dip I’d ask for that! Which I didn’t! Also they charged me extra for all flats and when I got it I only had 3! A 8 piece combo is $15 and honestly you’re just paying for the fancy box it comes in! Uber refunded me my full amount because clearly this place doesn’t follow instructions! The sauce they give you isn’t even enough to cover all your wings! FOLLOW ORDER INSTRUCTIONS!!!

I ordered $60 worth of wings on uber eats. They arrived plain! Uber eats lists 50 different sauce options. Called them and took them back to the store to obtain the sauce. Upon arrival, we were told they dont carry any of those sauce flavors . She could’ve said that on the phone. All of their packaging states “50 different flavors”… well they dont really have them. Disappointing! We were refunded, but that’s not the point. Take the options off uber eats

I’ve ordered from this place twice in the past and vowed never to order from them again, both times I received wrong items or had items missing. I placed an order through Postmates to a restaurant called “The Tender Box” but it came in a wing experience box and surprise surprise. I received wrong items again. I never would’ve placed the order if they wouldn’t have misled me. I downright awful wing experience each and every time save your money.

The wings were burned so bad I could not pull the meat to show everyone how horrible these chicken wings was delivered to my house. They were cold and burnt.
