this is probably the fifth time they somehow mess up my order and because i get it on my way to work, i don’t always immediately realize until i get there. finally got fed up with them so i called asking if i can get a refund for part of my meal since they somehow forgot part of it and when i asked this, the worker kept stuttering out that i needed to come back (even if it’s 8 hrs later) with my whole meal and that i could get a partial refund…..? so i cant eat the food i want to keep? but they only would give me a partial refund? i called her stupid. idc. she even compared it to a store asking for a product back when issuing a refund lol, well if i had the food i wanted the refund for in the first place, i wouldn’t have even called. idiots. all of them.

This location was remodeled, no soda machines, you now have to pay full price for a refill on your drink, brand new equipment and the ice creme machine is still broken.

I didn’t see no visible sign of no refills. If I would of had known that I wouldn’t have chose to eat there after a long day of my boys football game. Thats the first I’ve ever encounter that. Instead of saying hey you know what just for future reference we don’t do refills.

This new mcds was a let down. You’d think because of how it looks the service would be top notch (for a mcds) but each time I’ve gone there theres always SOMETHING wrong with my order. Cheese on my burger’s wasn’t melted, the McChicken was old and the bread was stale. When dude handed me my bag, he didn’t say anything and just closed the window. Like, mf the only good service I get from this new one is always the women at the pay window which is the only reason I gave three stars but damn. I miss the old one. Bring me back my old school order box

Since when does McDonald’s NOT give free refills this place doesn’t and that’s ridiculous that was McDonald’s saving grace unlimited refills for a $1 won’t be coming back here they have plenty on staff to do the refills they get paid good money they can get refills very stupid and lazy
