Moved here 4 years ago from Tallahassee. The ribs here is by far the best ribs I have eaten since I have been here. As a matter of fact, it’s the best ribs I have eaten in decades!! They just took the trophy and number one spot from big johns, for being the worst bbq in Hillsborough County! Just got a 2meat combo, chopped beef and ribs, no kind of seasoning, dry rub or nothing, I like my sauce on the side, I needed more sauce, the ribs were tough, the potato salad was watery, and the baked beans were bitter, I’ll continue to drive to the other side of town to Mel’s House Of Smoke

Best BBQ in the Tampa Bay area!! Pulled pork, tender and juicy. Sausage, out of this world. Spicy Mac salad, OMG, can’t describe how good it is. Drove from St Pete to eat here. Anyone who knows Tampa bay, knows what a big deal crossing a bridge is. lol. Can not wait to come back.

This place is all about the food. The owner really is cooking it up in there. I was delivering for Uber Eats and smelled it and my son got the pork sandwich with the potato salad french fries and it came out hot and fresh and the meat was so soft and tender. Definitely Coming back!! The amount of food and the price definitely reflects perfectly.

I got a plate of pulled pork, sausages, cole slaw, and baked beans. The highlights were the sausages and beans hands down. I liked the pork too. The slaw was good, but can’t top what you get from Culvers. I can’t wait to try the other stuff.

Absolutely loved the food. The atmosphere was really nice. The restaurant was clean, food was handled with care, and the staff was kind. Really enjoyed the beef brisket and pulled pork. Kids loved the pulled pork nachos. We will be back again!!!
