THIS IS THE WORAT LOCATION IN COLORADO! I have had countless bad interactions at this location! This place often has the longest wait times for the drive thru anywhere I have ever seen! It doesn’t matter if you are the first or the last person to show up you will wait a minimum of fifteen minutes for your food! I have gotten cold or stale food way too many times to count. I have been turned away and told they were close just to watch the staff leave to smoke in the parking lot. I have watched a single women handle all positions single handed more then once while others sit at the third window chatting up a parked car while I waited for over 20min. (See below pics and vid’s) This place is dirty to even drive thru. And don’t get me started on the inside service! If you are not Latino they will flat ignore you! I have had to practically walk into the kitchen to get someone to actually help me more than once. They will look right at you and keep talking! Then when you do get service you get attitude and emotionless service. This can not be up to company standards. I have worked good service jobs all my life and I am baffled this has not been corrected. It has been six years since I moved to Brighton and this place only gets worse and worse. Sadly it’s one of two places open when I get off of work. But I plan an extra 30-45 minute stop if I want to eat something I didn’t have to cook.

This McDonald’s sucks. I literally bought my food and it took 18 minutes to come. I saw it sitting in the back for about 15 minutes. And the ice cream cone I bought the put it upside down in a cup. Which doesn’t make any sort of sense. There was zero point to that. I also got no ice in my drink. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Keep in mind my friend got his food within about 3 minutes.

I used to think it was one of the best McDonald’s, but when I came here, they gave me a poor tray, no napkins, didn’t add the fries I ordered, and gave me 1 straw for 2 Coke drinks and a shake, I don’t even want to go here anymore

Order from them on Uber eats and work night shift. I order at 3am before breakfast started they waited an hour to make my food then started turning away the drives. I had to call and ask why and they said breakfast starts at 4 when I explained i ordered 3 they did not care. They also refused to cancel the order or make the food, leaving me to sort it out with Uber eats. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This location is very hit and miss.
Someday you get the good staff and managers working who will get your order right the first time, or be haooy to correct any issues, make sure your food is fresh, and even come check on you and offer refills while you’re dining.
Then other days you have both staff and managers who will try to ignore or avoid you if you come to ask them if you can get your order corrected, some staff will just drop your food in front of you without a word and take your receipt when they leave, and you can hear staff loudly taking about how high they just got on break.
On one visit I watched a staff member take a couples’ order while being rude, threw their receipt at them, and when the customer called out the behavior by saying “you dont need to be throwing stuff at people” they were cussed out by multiple members of staff.
Feels like a gamble every time I visit.

Pies…and for what like they make them from scratch….and then the employee came and gave them to me and acted like it was my fault, no I’m sorry for the wait nothing she practically threw them at me. The customer service sucks! You should really think about investing in your employees to
Teach them customer service skills…they definitely need it.

Took the family for a quick dinner and one of the happy meals hamburger was made wrong. The owner or store manager overhear us talking and without even going to the counter came to us and asked what was wrong. She immediately had a new hamburger made and delivered it to us. On our way out we thanked her again and told her we had brought our son in for his birthday meal. She told us to wait so she could get him something and came back with a bag of cookies. What great customer service! We will be sure to return to this McDonald’s. Thank you for taking care of us!

Got home to eat, took a bite, and bam raw cold patty. Called to get a replacement with the manager and specifically asked if they could cook the meat longer. Lady in drive thru was rude. Got my food, took a bite, and raw again! Reached out to corporate with no response. Debating on calling the health department for serving raw food.

Food was average but they didn’t give a monopoly game piece after I bought a meal. They said they were “phasing it out” and I had to buy a large drink for the game piece. If the app shows you get the piece with the meal, they should honor it.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. It took 30 minutes to get our food in the lobby, the nuggets were burnt, we ordered 2 cheese burgers with extra pickle and onion they had the speciality tags correct but zero onion or pickle, we ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with extra onion and pickle it only had one patty and a bag of lettuce no extra pickle or onion. See pictures. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat. This was a waste of our hard earned money!!!!!!
